Keitele opens on three sides, there is a beautiful, spacious log villa on the peninsula, and another one closer to the beach. The villa has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a loft, a bathroom, and a sauna. The beach cottage has 1 room and a sauna. The hot tub is available with a separate agreement and weather permitting, a surcharge of 130 €/week. Amenities: electricity, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, running water from a borehole, fireplace. The place is available from the beginning of October to the middle of December and again from the end of February to the end of April.

Small sauna cabin on its own beach, "Hyväntahtonen"

The beach cottage is located 2 km from the main road, on the border of Pihtipudas and Viitasaari. Sauna, swim and relax, even along the way, or stay longer! You can stay in the cabin on the loft and in the living room. Air heat pump and fireplace. Wood-fired sauna. Tap water is potable. A neat outdoor toilet in the outbuilding, where a new ecological and hygienic incinerating toilet seat will be installed in the spring of 2026. You have a gas grill and a rowboat at your disposal. The basic reservation includes a double bed for two people.

Cottage on the shore of Lake Hako

Electrified cottage with a good lake view. Large terrace, summer kitchen, outdoor sauna, fire pit (by agreement), several campfire sites, gas stove, gas grill, refrigerator and a small freezer compartment. Space for a group of 6 people. There is a rowing boat with an electric motor. Running water from the lake. (There is drinking water in a canister in the cottage.) The sauna has electric travel showers. Fishing in the lake and small game hunting (by agreement) is possible. For long-term guests, laundry service is available.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.
