The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Shopping facilities are just 300 meters away and easily accessible on foot. For extended walks, the Teutoburg Forest offers numerous hiking routes about 1 km away. Surrounded by the spa communities of Bad Rothenfelde, Bad Laer and Bad Iburg, there are a variety of recreational opportunities. The brine springs with the graduation walls, the treetop trail and the "Carpesol" spa and sauna area are particularly noteworthy here.

Our 84 m² ground floor apartment with private parking offers everything for a relaxing stay in a central location. Downtown and the saltworks are only 250 meters away. Our focus is your relaxation. This begins with a fantastic sleep on high-quality mattresses with flowery white bedding. Even with the window open, thanks to mosquito nets, no animal will disturb you. Then start the day at your cozy dining table or on the veranda with a fresh coffee or tea.

In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

You will stay in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and market square are within a minute's walk. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel “at home” in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50 square meters, which are completely at your disposal during your stay
