Only 300 mt from the beach, this is a one-bedroom villetta (28sq mt) withous sea-view, located inside a traditional sardinian style "borgo" built with local granite stones and real wood furniture. Each villetta with private access, outdoor shower and outdoor verandah with barbecue to provide great all'aperto evenings and dining. So simple so peaceful. Surrounded by nature yet in the heart of Gallura, just in front of the most beautiful islands of the Maddalena Archipelago and Costa Smeralda.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.
