Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. On a 1000 sqm sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birch trees, pines and oaks, lies our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15 per person.

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of nature reserve the Springendal, just a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have access to one of the ten apartments that are fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have breakfast or lunch, and we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a locally special beer.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

This great accommodation is located in beautiful quiet Twente, and guarantees fun with the whole family and is of course suitable to stay with a group of friends or the family. The house is next door to our own house, and an ultimate place for lovers of peace and nature. Our house is located on a sandy road near the edge of the nature reserve "Cirkels van Jannink”. The cozy and cozily furnished holiday home was completely renovated in 2023.

This spacious home is in a preferred location of Uelsen. The necessities of daily use can be taken care of in the village. Numerous shops, restaurants, banks and medical care ensure a pleasant village atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is an adventure playground and a large outdoor pool. Extensive cycling and hiking trails to the neighboring Netherlands provide relaxation and recreation. So pure relaxation!!!

Enjoy this quiet place right on the edge of the forest. Dogs are allowed free of charge, 1 meter high fence. For the dogs, there are feeding bowls, water bowl, basket and other sleeping places, bench and swimming pool. For children, next to the house is a playground and about 500 meters away is a beautiful Abenteuerspielplatz. Entrance is free here. In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. We look forward to your visit.
