Villa Roza -luxury and comfortable

Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.
