It is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo well restored and made habitable, functional and equipped with every service (washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV). The two outdoor spaces belonging to the house are very beautiful and enjoyable. The outdoor pergola with wisteria and breakfast table, kissed by the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural patio with stone flooring and some olive trees, shade the large space that can be used for lunch and dinner.

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

It is a beautifully located vacation home, on a hillside 80 m above sea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, embedded in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean vegetation. It offers sea views from all rooms as well as direct access to the terraces. A shared pool with breathtaking views of the sea and a nearby sandy beach "Li Cossi" (15-minute walk) complete the stay.

Apartment on 2 levels located in the old Pisan district of the Upper Town of Bonifacio. A 1st stone staircase leads you to the living room, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A 2nd narrower wooden staircase, brings you to the bedroom with small dressing room and bathroom, wc, bidet, sinks and small hoof bath. The terrace is in the extension of the bedroom with a superb view of Sardinia. Two lounge chairs, parasols, table and chairs.
