Vacation rentals in The Gulch, Nashville

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

What can I say about Edie's AirBNB? It made for an incredible stay in Nashville for me and my family. It is cozy and warm and inviting - our home away from home. The location is perfect, one literal block from the primary street right to downtown Nashville. As a host, Edie has thought of everything. You will feel right at home at this pristine location.

Charming home with character in a very desirable and convenient neighborhood. House had a terraced back yard which led right up to Love Hill - with incredible views from the top. Nice touches inside - loved the nostalgic games, records and old movie cameras from the 60s. Plenty of space for our large family to enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying here! The location is no more than 15-20 minutes away from everything which was great. The WiFi kept going out here and there but any time I messaged her to ask a question, she responded quickly and was so kind. Would stay here again, for sure.

Lauren and Jen’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 adults. The place was quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable. We loved how beautiful the rooms were. The location was ideal, minutes by car to the honky tonks on Broadway. We would definitely stay here again!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Great place for a quick overnight in Nashville. Lots of room to stretch out on comfy beds. Nice neighbors and quick stroll around the block for cookies at Pink Door Cookies. Easy checkout too!
