Hwaeng is located in the middle of Jeonju, in Taepyeong-dong, Wansan-gu. Taepyeong-dong was the center of transportation and commercial district with the first Jeonju Station and Yeoncho Manufacturing Building in the past, and it was built in 1969 with 50m2 in the residential alley, a village of merchants, utilizing the flood and geography at that time. Nowadays, the buildings of the past are disappearing and apartments and modern buildings are being built, but Hwaeng () was designed as a private stay for reflection as it was at that time. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt. In order to embody the flower that runs through Hwaeng, it is expressed concisely and clearly without losing the balance of yin and yang, and the beauty of symmetry and modernity, based on the materials that embodied the image of the Korean flower in the past. Welcome to Sunna and Grandfather's Log Cabin_Sun. There are two themes of the sun. The first is "Looking at Gongaksan Mountain". I made the wall diagonal so that I could see Gongaksan Mountain, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Korea, and the sky above it. The second is "Breath, Rest". I didn't paint the room at all and finished it with cypress wood, hoping that the body and mind of those who stay can comfortably breathe and rest. Also, I tried to make the place feel as spacious as possible, and to feel like everything is connected, by not blocking it as much as possible. The Sun is a house that Sunna's father made himself, except for the sink and table set. If you comfortably sit on the deck or the window that the sun is proud of, you can enjoy the dance of the clouds and the wind spreading over Mt. Gongja and the sky above it. The sound of birds and grass bugs moving around, and the sound of the stream across the street that you can hear if you listen carefully will comfort your heart.

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
