Staying at home is also a party: the sauna, bathroom with double shower heads, barbecue, playing records on the record player and large garden with two terraces, one of which is covered and heated. The house is energy neutral with 18 solar panels.

The train station is a 10-minute walk away. From the train station to Utrecht, it is 25 minutes, and to Amsterdam, it is 1 hour.

The house features a spacious open-plan room on the ground floor. This space consists of a dining area with a 3-meter dining table, a spacious sitting area and a separate TV corner with sofa. Furthermore, there is a kitchen, utility room, hall, playroom and toilet. The first floor has three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
