Located right on a beautiful bay it is the perfect getaway for families or couples. Walk out the front gate and you are on the beach. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean. I want guests to feel nostalgic, to say this is what we did when we were kids. To share those memories with their own kids and to make new memories together. Many of my guests return again and again!

The Stand Alone is an intimate, earthy retreat made for 2 Our cabin is a sanctuary where forest meets the sea, a quiet place for communion and reconnection with nature. Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Arrow Brick House is a beautiful, dog friendly, country property with gorgeous water and mountain views, minutes from Port Arthur Historic site, 3 Capes Walk and Remarkable cave. Relax on a private and secluded getaway, perfect for those who love romantic, wild places. We recommend a few days to really enjoy the property and explore the local area.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.
