First of all the view - Wow! 🤩 then you walk inside the most warm and cozy cottage full of gorgeous furnishings and you feel right at home. You pour that first wine and just soak up the view. Just so relaxing and food for the soul. Beds were a little uncomfortable so a bit of a sleepless night for us both but to be honest everything else makes up for it! Lainie was a fantastic host and so friendly and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and little easter choccies in the fridge 🐣

Really lovely shed. Very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. Comfortable beds and furniture, felt very at home right away. Location is a great base for exploring the Peninsula. Super convenient to get to the Port Arthur Historic Site and a short drive from remarkable cave, unzoo, choc factory, tess pavement and blowhole etc

The cottage was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Adriana was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and had a bunch of recommendations for us to explore the local area. The place was ready for our arrival, even had a fire built ready for us to light. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway, and if in the area again would stay again!

Absolute Beach Front at Pristine Stewarts Bay

This was our first air bnb stay recommend by family members who stayed there before. It was stress free and calm. We loved the fire pot of a night time with marshmallows. The kids loved the beach and were down there everyday. We also loved having access to cartoon channels when the weather was bad. The perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday with family. Thank you for the wonderful use of your home.

A fantastic beach cottage that is highly recommended. Everyone talks about the views and the settings - and for very good reason. This is possibly one of the best located options in all of Tasmania. Primrose Sands is a stunning curved beach with benign waters, and the cottage is right on the beach. The cottage is very comfortable, and extremely well kitted out. The kitchen is excellent, with modern equipment, a well stocked pantry and lots of gadgets. The bedrooms comfortable, and we really appreciated the wood burner and the ready supply of logs. However, the allure is outside and we loved the access to sea kayaks which provided the highlight of our trip - watching a pod of dolphins cavorting around the kayaks. There are (well kept and good quality) life jackets - as well as fishing rods and toys for younger children. Port Arthur is an excellent day trip option from here, and we’d also recommend Bangor Vineyard for an outstanding lunch and vineyard tour. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed for a 5 day break, and it was the best decision we made for a long time. Jill and Penny are the most welcoming hosts one can imagine, and the place is just absolutely magical. We always feel right at home there and it is the best place to recharge. Beautiful swimming spots and amazing scenery all just there to be explored. We will be back for sure! The pictures don’t do this place justice! The views are incredible from every room, making you feel like you are on the edge of the world. The bathtub view was a favorite for us, although the view from the Sauna was right up there too! There are so many thoughtful additions for guests- spices in the pantry, books to read - and our kids especially liked the extra toys and games! Macy was such an incredibly responsive host - getting back to us within minutes. All to say- this was a wonderful stay on our trip around Tasmania and we will certainly be back!

This was our second Easter staying at Susan’s lovely property. The house is very cozy with all home comforts available including wood heater, heat pump, quality bedding and dishwasher. We enjoyed the beautiful view, walks along the beach and close local attractions. A beautiful place to unwind and relax with family.

Very well thought out space. Great kitchen with lots of supplies. Beds were comfortable and warm. The heaters kept the house nice and warm. The view....... absolutely gorgeous. I could sit on the varandah all day and watch the water. Would definitely recommend staying there.

We loved Jie’s place. It’s light, comfortable house located in the beautiful and peaceful place. We definitely could stay longer. It’s close to Tasmanian Peninsula (30ish min drive to Port Arthur), close to Sorell and Hobart. Though we could’ve stay for a day or to just there, do kayaks and enjoy the pease. Jie was very responsive. We had an issue while staying there and Jie was very helpful. Definitely would recommended this place.

Everything was clean and tidy. All you could possibly need was in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing. We already knew the area so were happy to return. One suggestion could be a number on the gate. Especially for people arriving in the dark. One thing we were shocked about was booking for 2 weeks and not being able to find any spare sheets or pillowcases to change the bed. Apart from that, thank you for letting us stay in your place Jim and Sue

We had the privilege of staying at magical Kelp Cottage in January. Please see my review from January, it not just as good as but even better in our return. We had the most wonderful time and so made a return trip from Melbourne end of March to celebrate my partner’s birthday. When we arrived late Thursday night everything was as perfect as before with the delight of a welcoming gift for Russell’s birthday. Unfortunately I had (not at the property) an accident which resulted in severe injuries, ambulance to the Royal Hobart and a lengthy op. Martin was absolutely fantastic when contacted by my partner and he organised somewhere close to the hospital for him to stay. I am so grateful to Marin and Karen and I do hope we can return in the future.
