Very open and spacious place. Great kitchen and living room spaces for a family. Accurately described. Hubert communicates in a timely manner. He also gives you detailed information to make your check in and check out simple. I would stay here again the next time my friends and I are in town.

Hubert's house is in mountain Hope. The house is very beautiful and is surrounded by forester. The air is very clean. You can often see the deer and squirrels. It is an ideal place to retire. The house is very big and very clean, Hubert prepare every things you need. The distance to Wood-bury Outlets is about 30 min by car. I am satisfied with Hubert's house> I hope to stay in Hubert's house again. Thank you!

The only Airbnb I have ever made repeat visits to. My friends joke that it is officially “my house” when I am in town and I really do feel at home. It is immaculately clean with no carpet so the environment is extremely clean but still homey. I giggled when I arrived as my (still unexpired) salad dressing from my previous visit was still in the refrigerator as was the foil I purchased to reheat my pizza. That made me feel even more at home. There is so much seating in the living area for entertaining guests - I never had more than one or two over at a time but they all had plenty of place to spread out. The area is beautiful with deer often in the yard and we very much enjoyed just sitting at home enjoying the space. A weekend is definitely much too short a trip. The pool was still open for the season but unfortunately it was a chilly weekend and we didn’t get to use it. Another reason to return. At this point, it is the only place I’d consider staying in the area and would plan my entire vacation around the availability of Hubert’s place. He and his family are wonderful hosts who are nearly silent and invisible in the basement property but always quick to respond if there are any questions. The most noise I ever heard was the garage door during normal daytime hours. I know I have written quite a lot but this is an absolute must for my trips to upstate NY and as much as I’d love to keep this gem a secret, I want this property to stay available for my future rentals and that means I have to put a good word in. Thank you so much for another great stay, Hubert and family.

This was a very nice places to stay for a few days. My room was extremely clean. My bed and my sheets were extremely comfortable and clean. The owners are very nice people and very good hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately I was unable to stay for the night due to the weather and a head cold my husband had. Al called us that morning to check in, when I explained my situation and told him I would not be staying he generously offered me a refund even though it was too late to cancel. I appreciated his kind gesture and hope to stay in the future.

Great experience! Having never slept in a treehouse before, it was all that I could have imagined.

It was lovely staying at the treehouse. I didn't get to meet Al but there was great communication. I got there late at night and missed the host but I did receive a call on instructions on where the treehouse was. The night I checked in was a bit chili but the blankets definitely warmed us up. Not featured in the pictures are privacy curtains so no need to worry about the light coming in in the morning. I loved the treehouse overall and would definitely stay again. The treehouse was really cosy and you could definitely hear all the wildlife around you, but thankfully pretty much no bugs made it inside! It was a lovely experience.

Just the relaxing getaway spot we needed! I love camping but had never stayed in a treehouse. My partner and I booked this spot for our date night. He was hesitant about being cold but the hosts provided so ma y blanket and we brought two of our own lol. Needless to say we were SO warm and cozy. Everything was romantic, from the view to the device in movie theater Amanda suggested! Would definitely visit again!

Al's treehouse is cute and charming. Although he was not there to meet us, his co-host Natalie was there to check us in. She gave us tips on places to visit and made us feel comfortable. The tree house as well as the main house were clean and there was enough space for all our things. If you're not into nature, this place may not be for you. Overall, it was a great night stay.

excellent treehouse escape for anyone looking for a gettaway or just a night in nature ... Host is very friendly with great last minute accommodation and hospitality...was very clean and welcoming. keep in mind this is a true nature experience not for anyone looking for an elevated fancy treehouse experience, this is raw letting you fully imerse with nature there will be bugs and critters as you are in a tree but none of with are a issue if you are ok with outdoors. Stayed one night loved it and would go back again.

Ramon is quite possibly the best Airbnb host that I have ever met and will probably be the best host anyone could possibly have. A week before my visit, he checked in on me to address any questions I may have had to make my experience as stress free as possible and offered to give me a ride (because there aren't that many Uber and Lyft drivers near the area). On the day of, he checked in on me again and sent me a weather forecast, which I thought was super nice. He has the personality of a cool older sibling/parent and had interesting stories to tell along with being very informative of the area and just the entire state of New York. His dogs were also pretty cute and fun to play with. He was very accommodating for any request I had and would also check in if he needed to pick up anything (because nothing was quick to get without a car). In regards to the place, the place was very accurate to the description provided but possibly even better because I didnt realize he had a smart house until I arrived, such as his bathroom sink water lighting up when it was hot or cold, a door that didnt require the use of antiquated keys, efficient washer and dryers, along with a comfortable bed with as many blankets I could need to be warm, a window overlooking the front yard of his house. The interior design of the house had a modern vibe to it.The house was always at a comfortable temperature and I'm from Southern California, so I'm glad I didnt freeze my butt off either. Tbh, I think he could have charged 60% more and I would have been okay with it just because of the house and hospitality. Overall, great place, great price, great host. 😁

I am an Airbnb host and I can genuinely say that you cannot find a more welcome Airbnb than what Kimberly and her husband provide. Their home is stylish and clean with abundant snacks, beverages, coffee etc. The queen bed was very comfortable and in a spacious lovely room. There was a sense of being in their lovely home yet plenty of privacy. The bathroom was clean and well equipped too. Kimberly and her husband are a charming couple too. I highly recommend their Airbnb.

The house is absolutely lovely and beautiful - we enjoyed everything about it and had a great time. The location on the Neversink River was wonderful, we made a fire outside to roast marshmallows and inside to keep the house toasty. Great place and we just wished we were there for a few more days!

Richie’s place was exceptional, the home was very cozy and sparkling clean. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to get away in nature without sacrificing any amenities.

Situated right on a river, this cozy cabin is a cross between an LL Bean home and a deluxe modern apartment. The firepit with built in grill made cookouts and campfires seamlessly easy. The river scene was teeming with swallows, hummingbirds and other wildlife. The accommodations themselves were sleek and modern with excellent cookware and a deluxe surround sound system. Great proximity to local river rafting/canoeing excursions at Kittatinny. Will likely stay again soon.

This home was beautiful and so comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We were visiting the world headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses and this location was perfectly situated to reach all 3 locations. Wonderful!

Great place. The house is very stylish and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was centrally located to where we planned our trip, just a 20 to 30 minute drive to our daily destinations. Definitely recommend.

Clint was an amazing host. He replied quickly and was attentive to our needs. It snowed through our stay and Clint was checking in on us and giving us tips on how to deal with the snow in terms of parking our car and willing to send someone to clean the snow off the drive way! Would stay here again.

Together with some friends, we used Clint's place as a home base for what turned out to be a very chilly (but successful) Army football game (Army won!). It was a beautiful drive to West Point, and the house had everything we needed, especially plenty of full bathrooms. The town of Goshen is quaint, the house is well situated in the town, and we hope to return to explore it more thoroughly. Overall, Clint's place was a great value for two families renting together.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were in the area visiting the World Headquarters of Jehovah’s Witnesses as well as Wallkill and Patterson. It was a really good location for us. It’s about 45 minutes from Warwick, 30 minutes from Wallkill, and about an hour from Patterson. They neighborhood was so quiet and full of beautiful old houses. The house itself had a ton of character and was decorated really well. We slept great, and the beds were so comfortable. Clint and Kiera were great hosts, so accommodating and quick to respond when I had questions. We would be happy to stay here again.

Richard and Natalie's home was beautiful. We were greeted upon arrival and felt at home instantly. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous - tons of nature and walking trails to explore. Throughout our stay, Richard and Natalie made themselves available and it was easy to communicate with them. On our last day, we had a balloon flight scheduled early in the morning and when we returned back, a scrumptious breakfast was ready for us. I would highly recommend booking your stay here.

What an amazing weekend getaway! This AirBNB is a gorgeous building right in the middle of a Christmas Tree Farm! Natalie and Rich think of every detail to make sure you feel welcome and cared for. The pride and love that they put into their property is evident right away. There is tons to do in the area (shopping, art centers, distilleries, breweries, wineries, you name it!) If you are looking for a unique, exceptionally well maintained and beautiful AirBNB, look no further!

We wanted to find a cozy weekend getaway from the city and were beyond lucky to stumble upon The Silo! The Airbnb itself checks all the boxes for a comfortable, clean, and truly unique stay. The space was meticulously designed and crafted by hosts Cheryl and Marc who missed no details in making the space and stay great. The hosts were very welcoming and eager to give recommendations, conversation, and even rides within the area! Port Jervis and the surrounding area sports a number of tasty and fun eateries and unique shopping spots. The scenery is top notch and we had a good amount of fun going to “the rock” which sits on the PA, NY, and NJ border. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looked for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

Cheryl is amazing. We booked the her place for a nice quiet get away for the night. She was so sweet and gracious and even went as far as to measure the height of the ceiling (because my fiancé is incredibly tall.) Unfortunately, the weather stopped us from being able to get there safely. She told me from the beginning that the snow may be an issue because they were expecting a good amount but assured me that I’d get a full refund of this were to be an issue. She did exactly that! I contacted her very very last minute and explained that even by us, the snow was just out of control so we didn’t feel safe driving. She was so happy we didn’t risk it! Truly a gem of a human being. We can not wait to book this place again to enjoy it properly!

“What the fuck is a silo?” This place is a hidden gem that I hope stays hidden for our sake but hope it’s a huge hit for the owners! Genuine hosts who actually care about the stay of their guests. You will not be disappointed in the Silo, with all of its personal touches! You can’t be the views and the location... near many wineries and trails. You’ll defiantly want to return.

Super cool, unique space! The design is charming and efficient. The hosts stocked pantry and fridge items, and left a bottle of wine for us. Very responsive hosts all through the process.

Cheryl and Marc are the greatest hosts, the silo was gorgeous, pictures don’t do the silo justice. Marc built everything himself and the craftsmanship was so outstanding. They had wine to welcome us, made reservations for diner which was outrageous. Had bagels, eggs, milk, coffee, tea and everything else so we didn’t have to go to the store. They are super sweet and so nice. Frank and I couldn’t have been more relaxed. The grounds were gorgeous, and it was super super clean. I loved it and can’t wait to visit again. Everyone should go

Cheryl and Marc are amazing hosts for an equally amazing space. The check-in process was very easy, they were very quick to respond to our questions, and they had the place all prepped for us with LOTS of little extra touches. Cheryl and Marc really went above and beyond what I expected and we would love to stay with them again for longer next time. We were only passing through for a night, but next time we'd like to check out the area more and try a few of those restaurants they recommended.

Prepare for the “Wow” factor as you enter this awesome converted schoolhouse. Perfect for kids- baby gates, night lights and oh so many toys! Tons of room to play downstairs too. Not easy to find a place with this much adult style that works so great for kids. Kitchen overlooks the living / dining area so plan on cooking! Sarah is very responsive - the perfect host. We would love to make this an annual stay!

Sarah’s house was perfect for our winter getaway. Our group was four adults and two kids. There was an abundance of stuffed animals and games for the kids. Skiing nearby at Mt Peter. We cooked lovely dinners every evening, and truly enjoyed this beautiful space. Sarah was immediately responsive and helpful. Our family cannot wait to come back. We look forward to experiencing the house and surroundings in the summer!

We had a great weekend at Sarah’s home. Very comfortable spot! Appreciated the thoughtful redesign of historic space with a nod to the past. Enjoyed the country setting, with proximity to Middletown and High Point State Park. Our grandson loved the kid touches that were available - but out of the way if not needed. We didn’t use the basement, which has an outside entrance. And, it was too cold to enjoy what looked like a fun patio and backyard. We appreciated Sarah having the house warm for us upon arrival, her explicit instructions, and timely communication. Nice base spot for exploring. Thanks!

Staying at the schoolhouse was wonderful and beyond! This place is fantastic especially if you have kids with you!

There were 5 of us who stayed at Sarah's place, 4 adults and one 9 year old child. The location was great as we visited the WT facilities at Warwick, Patterson and Walkill. The space is amazing, We loved how spacious her home is. We immediately felt comfortable and cozy. We stayed 7 nights, so we were glad there was a washer and dryer as we needed it. Beds were comfortable, and the water straight out of the faucet was good tasting. We would stay there again. A side note, If you plan to use the down stairs ( which is adorable) for sleeping, note there is no bathroom down there, and the only way into the main house is through the outside door. It wasn't a problem for us, as the house was accommodating enough, but we had entertained the idea of having an additional couple stay with us early on in our planning phase. She does however provide an air mattress and plenty of linens if extra guests wanted to use that, and there is plenty of room on the main floor for that.

Sarah's place is just as lovelier & charming in person. Sunlight bathes the house during sunrise and sunset. Expect to have a welcoming and relaxing stay.

Sarah's home is fantastic! It's not only beautifully decorated, but spacious, and interesting! The open floorplan and massive ceilings were perfect for my family! Sarah was a most gracious host, checking in to make sure we had all we needed! And the sunset from the backyard was priceless!

Michelle’s house is absolutely gorgeous, even my interior designer sister in law commented that she wanted to live there! It is extremely spacious and the upstairs area has beds to sleep 8, but no one felt crowded at all. There is a cute park next door if you have kids, and we took a quick walk into town for food. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Michelle was also super quick to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Thank you so much! ☺️

This place was AMAZING! I love the rustic style of the home. Michelle and Nick was great hosts. The house was sparkling clean. They had a few amenities for us. The home is also very kid friendly and also pet friendly. Next time I visit I’ll definitely book with her and bring my puppy. If you’re looking for a home that offers a lot of space is close to almost everything and has comfortable beds, this is the house for you.

Natalie and Rich have an amazing B&B and are amazing hosts. The place is a cozy renovated barn on a beautiful Christmas tree farm. Perfect place to enjoy an autumn weekend with evenings on the couch by the fireplace. Great breakfast, great hosts, great stay. Recommend highly.

This place is soooo cute. The hosts have owned the property for decades, the barn is very charming. There are 3 bedrooms located on a floor that share a lovely common space and kitchen area. Everything was so clean and cozy. The bedroom had its own bathroom. We enjoyed walking around the back property and exploring the woods with all of the autumn leaves. Rich showed us some of his handmade furniture, Natalie set out a delicious breakfast spread, including an amazing quiche she made.

I was absolutely impressed with the craftsmanship of this stay. I felt like a kid walking in and wish i could have stayed longer! Do yourself a favor and check in as soon as you can to really enjoy this place.

Natalie and Richard were extremely hospitable hosts. They were kind, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast and homemade cookies were amazing and a great way to start and end the day! The property is beautiful. I recommend trying to stay in the two rooms other than the blue spruce room as the beds are more comfortable. All in all, great area and hosts!

This was our second time staying at Rich and Natalie’s b&b and it won’t be the last. We love it there. The barn is amazing and full of unique interesting stories. Everything is clean and the breakfast Natalie makes is very good. Rich and Natalie are some of the nicest people you could meet and their barn is close to many local breweries, orchards, and winery’s.

Very nice place off the beaten track and very clean. Quiet and a unique space that the owners put a lot of work and tlc into and thoughtful touches. Still close to I84 and many attractions. Loved the fireplace and the cozy feeling overall.

My first stay in an Airbnb and it was great. Very affordable considering what the hotels in the area were asking. Plus you get way more bang for your buck. Kimberly and her husband were very welcoming. I felt right at home. Very quiet area and relaxing. I arrived later than expected and I was able to easily coordinate my expected time of arrival. I didn’t get to sample the world class chef food but there were snacks and drinks at arms reach. I definitely recommend you pay them a visit. I’ll be back for sure.

Kimberly is a most gracious host. Her home is very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The internet and wi-fi service is excellent. The home is approximately 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and Kimberly always had a wide variety of snacks and treats available. We are grateful to have found such wonderful accommodations for our stay and would definitely book with Kimberly again in the future.

Great stay, Kimberly is extremely kind and welcoming, her home is clean and has an abundance of snacks! My only concern is the lack of locks on the bedroom doors, but you feel quite comfortable and safe nonetheless. The neighborhood is safe as well.

Kimberly is truly a host, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Helpful information on things to do in the area. The food was unbelievable, woke up to one of the best breakfast spreads I've ever had.

Kimberly hosted a group of 10 Irish people in town for a wedding. From the outset Kimberly was so helpful, even opening up her own bedroom for us so we could all stay on the first floor. The snacks & drinks were excellent every day and even put on some beers and wines on arrival. She is such a lovely kind and helpful person and couldn't recommend her or the house more! Excellent!!

The hosts are such nice people and very helpful and accommodating! The food was amazing! The bathroom upstairs was nice and large. We would recommend!!!

Kimberly and her husband were great hosts! It was my first Airbnb experience and they made it worthwhile. They were very welcoming and hospitable. Although they’re in-home hosts, I had the upmost privacy and felt very comfortable. I would certainly book with Kimberly again!

Kimberly is a kind and generous host – if you are on the fence for whatever reason, just go for it! She has great suggestions for what to do / eat around the area, and is very thoughtful regarding the little things that make for a great and convenient stay. The house is gorgeous with a lot of personal touches, which I loved. Everything is clean. Breakfast and snacks are included with your stay, which makes for getting out in the morning fast very easy. My husband, friend, and I all had a great time with Kimberly and you will too.

Kimberly hosted my group of 6 for a wedding; Kimberly and her husband, a master chef, provided a great experience, cooking a breakfast that puts continental breakfasts at a hotel to shame. We declined dinners due to our schedule but I have no doubt those would have fantastic as well. Kimberly also was very helpful in finding activities for our group to do to kill a couple of hours before the wedding. Highly recommended, thank you!

Wow! The great room is breathtaking: we guessed the ceiling height at around 25 feet. The entire barn is so spacious. It gets a lot of sunlight and the radiant heat keeps the space super cozy. My favorite feature was the stone fireplace: we made a fire every night. The grounds are lovely as well; the fenced -in yard was great for our dog.

Really lovely and peaceful home. We've been here on work for a month, and it was such a nice place to return to after some brutal days. Highly recommended getaway. Thank you!

Pictures really don't describe how nice this place is in person. The exposed beams, high ceiling, and unique lighting fixtures really make this such an awesome place to relax in surrounded by the woods. Had an extremely comfy weekend lounging around with some friends and this is by far one of my favorite AirBnB places.

We had a restful and peaceful stay at the Barn. Whatever the weather was-rainy, cloudy, or gloriously sunny-it was the perfect setting to read, relax, meditate, do yoga. We found ourselves so refreshed from the big open space, comfortable bedrooms, and lovely kitchen. Short walk to the lake, stunning trees around the house, and all you could ask for in a peaceful woods getaway. Would absolutely stay again!

Great home on the lake. Everything is just like pictured. Local stores are close by, and the local Walmart is only about 15-20 mins. The host communicated with us before, during, and after our visit, which was great. My family of 6 spent Christmas week here, and we had a fantastic time creating memories that will last forever. The home had all the essential, was warm when we arrived, and easily keep us warm the entire week. Thank you for hosting a tremendous house. I would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Ramon is an amazing host! So easy to get in touch with, and so thoughtful. The room I rented is beautiful. There's also plenty of peace and quiet in case you need to get some work done, like I did. The only tiny down side I could think to include is that the house is a few miles from downtown Middletown, but even then, Ubers to downtown and to the train station and inexpensive and easy to get. Thanks so much Ramon...I'll be sure to reach out if I return to Middletown!

Ramon is a great host! He is quick to respond to any inquiry you might have and is very flexible about check in time. And the bed is very comfy. Overall a very great stay and super convenient.

Ramon was a welcoming and considerate host! We had a slight hiccup finding his place initially but he was quick to communicate and help us out. He even went out of his way to procure an iron and ironing board for us. Definitely a place I would recommend to others

Total hidden gem, about 15 minutes off the mountain creek ski resort. Wonderful couple, and a beautiful place. Breakfast was home made, and the fireplace was great. Clean as can be!

The tree farm has become a annual trip for us and we love it. We plan on continuing the tradition. The space is so cool and is a great location for a bunch of attractions. Rich and Natalie are the best hosts.

The bed and breakfast is located in a perfect spot if you love being close to apple orchards and wineries, breweries and distilleries. The hosts, Richard and Natalie, were very gracious from check-in to check-out. The reformed barn has a wonderful two-ended gas fireplace that makes the living area cozy at night, along with a balcony that overlooks their tree farm. This place was a true treasure.

We had an amazing weekend escape from NYC. The area was so serene and peaceful, perfect for recharging. Natalie and Richard were so sweet for showing us around the barn and offering recommendations for dinner and activities in the area. The homemade breakfast in the morning was the perfect ending to our weekend. We ate it on the porch overlooking the Christmas farm!

Hallie and Evan are amazing. This was hands down one of my best experience of Airbnb. 100% recommend! The house is super well decorated and clean. My friends and I and our dogs had a wonderful stay here.

It took us about 25 minutes to drive from Mountain Creek to Hallie and Evan’s place. It’s a wonderful and cozy house for a group of 6-8 people. Personally, I would highly recommend people who have been living in NYC forever to stay with Hallie and Evan. The amazing experience won’t disappoint you.

Hallie and Evan’s house is hands down the best AirBnB experience we have had! We spontaneously decided to extend our stay in the Catskills and went searching last minute for somewhere to stay the day after Thanksgiving. Not only were Hallie and Evan exceptionally communicative, but they also greeted us two hours after we booked with cookies, jazz, water bowls for our dogs and a personal house tour. They are both friendly and warm and exceedingly sweet, even sending a quick text when they were stepping out for errands in case they disturbed our dogs. Their house is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches everywhere and loads of spots to curl up and either take in the outdoor views or chat; it would be perfect for gathering a larger group. A quick walk down the field behind the house to the lake is another lovely spot, with seating, a hammock and a fire pit. Their kitchen is incredibly well appointed and a dream to cook in. The bed was comfortable and warm, the bathrooms well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Essentially every aspect of our stay was precisely the respite we needed before heading back to the city. Hallie and Evan were also kind enough to give us a few local recommendations as we left. We’ll definitely book again!

Stunning farmhouse with all the special touches! They stocked the fridge for us and made us feel right at home. Wake up to the trees and stroll out to the lake with a coffee!! They also have SmartTV (Netflix, Prime, etc.) and two fireplaces, games. Perfect place for a fall getaway.

Ev was great! Quick and thoughtful responses. Left breakfast for us in the morning, even asked for and accommodated dietary restrictions.

TLDR: This is an incredible place to stay. I'll focus on two things in particular. First, Hallie and Evan themselves are the most wonderful hosts imaginable. Our group had several people with severe and strange food allergies, and Hallie and Evan went above and beyond to accommodate us. They bought breakfast foods that everyone would be able to eat, made us allergy-free banana bread and cookies, and did everything else possible to make us feel at home. They also gave us complete free rein over the house, which was very kind of them to do. Second, the house itself is absolutely beautiful. From the fireplaces to the wraparound porch, it was a pleasure to stay in from start to finish. We all had an amazing time staying here, and we very much hope to be able to come and stay again.

Our stay was exactly what my family and I needed - a nice relaxing getaway out of the city for five adults and one toddler. The house was just as pictured and I cannot put into words how hospitable Fred and Linda were. They are available for any questions and extremely quick to respond. We'll for sure be back in some warmer and drier weather so we can explore the property more.

What a find. Beautiful setting and the house was perfect. Multiple bedrooms, beautiful views and a very comfy vibe that just made it easy to relax and enjoy. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating. A true find.

Warm welcome before we arrived. House was easy to check into, clean, well stocked with towels, etc. We were given snacks and water upon our arrival. My kids loved exploring the property-- it's wonderful! Expectations for our stay and for check out were easy to understand and simple to execute. We were really comfortable here and would happily stay again.

This house is awesome and Fred and Linda are amazing hosts. They are were available leading up to the trip and checked in at the end of the trip, it was very comforting to know that they were willing to be of assistance or answer our questions. Our family was there for West Point graduation and it was the perfect place to make the weekend a getaway in addition to the graduation celebrations. They had so many extras of everything it seemed like no one even had to sleep together if they didn't want to, the cabin is very spacious and very homey. Our family had an awesome time and we are very grateful to Fred and Linda for their hospitality and kindness!

With my husband and friends we enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at Erin's house. It is beautiful place and very clean. Dinning room was perfect to gather during dinner and made this day special. Kitchen is very accessible and was convenient for preparing and cooking dinner. Our friends with a toddler found especially very useful a foldable crib.

The farmhouse was exactly as we pictured it! We had a group of 9 and fit perfectly in the beds without having to use the air mattresses. We spent mornings making breakfast together in the beautiful kitchen and spent our evenings in the cozy living room. We even made use of the fire pit in the back! Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival and the house had everything we needed, from extra blankets to a speaker system. Erin also sent an organized guide to not only the house but also included their favorite places to go in the area which made planning out our weekend a breeze. I absolutely recommend staying at the farmhouse for a cozy weekend escape from NYC!

The house was great for us! There where 8 of us and we all had beds with one twin bed to spare. We did lots of cooking in the big kitchen and that was nice too! Nice quiet area and beautiful place. Lovely house! Very well decorated, attention to all details. Sparkling clean sheets and towels. Very updated kitchen, we have comfortably made breakfast and dinner in the house. It’s a great house for family gatherings and a friends get away. This is the perfect season to observe the beauty of fall while the house located in the midst of Hudson Valley and many winery and breweries around the area.

This restored farmhouse was stylish yet very cozy for a weekend of autumn apple picking and hiking upstate. I was unable to locate the guest manual in my email and called to be able to check in. The house is beautiful and very accommodating! They really did a phenomenal job with decorating and ensuring you have all the essentials required for a relaxing weekend getaway. We loved every minute of our stay - from sipping coffee in the morning on the porch swing to falling asleep in super comfy beds. Plus, the list of places to check out is great! We all drove away with smiles on our faces, looking forward towards next year's annual rafting trip.

Marty is very personable, he knows the area very well and will suggest places to go. He is readily available for any questions that you might have. His place is sparkling clean and comfortable. He makes sure that you feel at home. The house is located in a good location. Everything went better than I expected. If i travel again to Goshen, Marty’s house is the place to go. Wonderful host!
