New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Apartment in a larger villa.

You have the opportunity to rent a small apartment, with its own entrance, private bathroom, small kitchenette and living room. The apartment is part of the house, where we live upstairs with our children. You can sit outside and enjoy the garden and the chickens. Your family will be close to everything, and you can walk to Slagelse city center in just 5 minutes. The sofa folds out to a double bed. Additional mattresses and a crib can be borrowed. The kitchen consists of a combi oven and stove. It includes bedding and towels.

Scenic guesthouse

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while renovating our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it is located with beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø Lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

"Enebo" - forest cabin in the middle of nature

Imagine an escape from the noise of everyday life in the heart of an old forest, where only the sounds of nature fill the air. Inside, the cottage offers a charming atmosphere with rustic details. The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Cozy one-room studio apartment with private entrance. Bright, airy room of 30 m2 up in the attic with exposed beams and spacious entrance with wardrobe. Private toilet and bath. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with service, fridge (no freezer), microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between flower pots and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street in Sorø in a 40 km/h zone

The annex is located in a scenic and peaceful area, only a 10-minute walk from Slagelse Station.

The house is located on a cozy nature plot that can be enjoyed from inside the house. The house inside: Entrance. Bedroom with 1.5 man bed. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen and living room. Wooden terrace. 2 annexes with 1.5-person beds in each. Shopping nearby.
