The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the large living area, with air conditioning, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a round table with 4 chairs, a couch, a sofa bed, a recliner and a TV. Wi-Fi for the guests. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m bed. Linens, towels and warm blankets are provided. In front of the house there is the possibility to park for free. Dogs may be brought by arrangement.

Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

Feel at home with us – in this sunny and quiet holiday apartment. It is located directly in the former vineyards of the Ahr Valley. We renovated it in 2022 and made sure to combine old and new into an ideal place for relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you. The bedroom has a double bed 180 cm with two mattresses. In the living room, there is a sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm, where two additional guests can sleep.
