On the ground floor: a large 50-m² kitchen/dining room, a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an 80-m² living room with wood-burning fireplace, and a mezzanine with a home theater. Many board games and books. Terrace, barbecue, sauna, large garden. Pets welcome. Natural lake 5 minutes away.
