Between sea and mountain, this typical Corsican house is located 500 meters from the village of Sainte Lucie de Tallano where you will find all the essential shops, butcher, grocery store, bars, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and bakery. 20 minutes from the Valinco Golf Course and sandy beaches, Propriano, Campomoro, 30 minutes from the Aiguilles de Bavella (GR20) and the Cuscione plateau and only 5 minutes' drive from the warm waters of the Caldanes baths, as well as the Rizzanese rivers.

Located between sea and mountain, the stone cottage is 20 minutes from the beach by car, 5 minutes from the river and about 45 minutes from the Aiguilles de Bavella site and the Cuscione plateau. Served by a trail that runs along the river and crosses the fields (1.5 km), two agricultural gates are to be opened and closed manually. It is advisable to come with a car that is a little high. Many hiking trails invite you to discover Alta Rocca and its surroundings.

It includes a fully equipped living room/kitchen with TV, as well as a bedroom with TV and a bathroom/toilet. The apartment has half of the square behind the house. This will give you access to a table and BBQ. The clothesline is shared with the 2nd apartment.
