Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

Our beautiful A-frame home is located on Cherokee Lake in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Sleeps 4-6. This unit is one of three different homes that sit together on a quiet 1-acre lot with boat dock shared by all three units (all are Airbnb rentals). The A-frame features a kitchenette with hot plate, tons of decking, grill, and a heck of a view.

The guest house is a Cabin-style House (1600 square feet) in a rural setting. It is located at road-side with 19 acres of forest across the street for privacy. There are no close neighbors except for us; we live up on the hill. The two homes are situated on 28 acres of rolling hills.
