Very nice quiet little place, with a breathtaking view and a charming host.

Gloria's apartment is just 5 minutes drive from the Marmore Falls. Enchanting and completely surrounded by greenery, it is perfect for regenerating yourself and having a bit of tranquility. The view that can be enjoyed while relaxing in the pool or under the veranda is magnificent. The room is also equipped with every necessary comfort (TV, shower, tub, stereo, wifi) and was tidy and clean when we arrived. Experience that I would recommend to everyone

I stayed eight days at cosy "Le Scalette". And I loved it. The studio is perfect for a tranquil vacation, and Bocchignano is so pittoresque and a perfect startingpoint for exploring the Sabinas, and close to Roma. The studio has everything you need for at pleasant stay. Lots of good books and music. And the bed is great. I will certainly be back, hopefully next winter.

Le Scalette is a delightful, beautifully furnished, well equipped little place, full of books and music CDs and lovely decorative touches. Bocchignano is a delightfully unspoiled medieval village in the lovely Sabine hills north of Rome. It is very quiet and peaceful. Potential guests should note that the apartment is not accessible by car and that the climb from the entrance to the village is steep in places with many steps. For us (and we are certainly not young) this was not enough to spoil our pleasure in this lovely spot. We will remember with fondness AnnaMaria's warm hospitality. Highly recommended.

Edward and Annamaria’s apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay we had everything we needed. It is much better than the photos . Bocchignano is beautiful and so enchanting and tranquil we had a wonderful time. Edward and Annamaria are excellent hosts I would highly recommend a visit.

Francesco’s apartment is excellent and excellent. It is spacious and clean. There is everything which you need for cooking. Easy access to Rome. Francesco is responsible and kind. I highly recommend to everyone.

Francesco is a very attentive and helpful person. The house is located near the Piazza del Borgo, is a small attic but very welcoming and equipped with all comforts. There are two parking areas nearby that make it convenient to transport luggage for those arriving by car. We had the pleasure of meeting some local people who welcomed us with the same availability, especially Claudio, who has a bar in the square and who makes an excellent pizza over the weekend and the girl from the bar Forever (always in the square) who was very nice and sociable. I definitely recommend the stay at Francesco's home.

Enrico welcomed me into the apartment above his house in a very kind and cordial manner. The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette and a bedroom with two single beds and a nice bathroom with a large shower, I was very comfortable, everything was there and everything was very good and functional, and Mr. Enrico was extremely available to meet my needs regarding check-in, check-out and luggage storage, really a great help; thanks for the hospitality and the next visit to Rieti I will definitely come back here ☺

This apartment is in a fantastic location for Rieti. A parking space is available close to the apartment. The kitchen is well appointed and even has a dishwasher. There are lots of places to eat close by and the main sights of the city are all within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is spacious. It is about 30 minutes by car to Marmore Falls, a must see when you are in this part of the world, don’t forget to check times the water is flowing.

Carlo is the perfect host, he was really kind with me during all my stanza. I would repeat. The flat was really big and I feel like at home.

This place will make you feel at home in l'Aquila. The room is very comfortable, the other two living in the house are adorable and welcoming, the balcony with view I the hills around is great. There is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine. The bathroom is good with great shower. Actually I felt more comfortable here than if I would have stayed in a flat for myself. Carlo's flat is lovely. There is an outdoor seating area which lovely for breakfast or a drink in the evening. There were meant to be 2 people staying there, but they are students who went home for summer - so I had the place to myself. The room is big and bright. The house is up a big hill and there didn't seem to be any transport links to the centre, but if you're willing to walk a bit, i would recommend this flat.

We really appreciated our stay in Felicita’s apartment. She is a perfect host who was easy to communicate with and really cared about us during our visit. She even invited us for a drink one evening, which was really nice! She also offered to drive us to the parking, which was good since the location of the flat is in the middle of the old city center where parking is not allowed. The apartment itself is cosy, enough space for two persons and also very clean. There are several details such as basic breakfast, tea and information of the area which made us feel at home and welcome. This is a great stay which we highly recommend!

The Lakeview House is a cozy nice place to stay. It is downtown close to all the point of interest. At the same time in few minutes by car you can visit the other side of the lake. I suggest to eat at “I sapori del borgo” a nice food experience!

Castel di Tora is a beautiful place where you can unwind. The people there are super nice and helpful! Paolos house is a lovingly decorated stone house, has a great view and is very well equipped and spacious. The check-in and contact also worked very well.

Cosiest room with good beddings and a lot of interesting books to read, about either L'Aquila or other cities in Italy (and beyond!)! The private bathroom is clean and convenient, and overall the whole room is well decorated. The room is close to the historic centre of L'Aquila on one side, and the bus terminal on the other side.

Katharina and her husband are very hospitable and nice people. They were very attentive. We stayed in this apartment, only for one night and already left early in the morning. Elisabetta is an exceptional hostess. Generous, warm, communicative, cultivated, she deeply loves Spoleto where she took me on a long walk to familiarize me with the places when I arrived. We went for a coffee, we went to a concert and as she lives in a beautiful apartment, decorated with a very safe taste, in the heart of the city, she very kindly came to pick me up and take me back to my car. Super as always! I have been a guest so many times here and I can only recommend it to everyone!

I had a very peaceful and restful stay at Maria Claudia’s flat. Maria Claudia and her husband very kindly came to meet me at the station. We walked to the flat together so I would know the way; they also took the time to show me everything so I would feel instantly at home. The flat is very clean with some lovely pieces of furniture, and has most things that you would need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect for wandering around the historic centre. It’s also not far from the rest of the city - should shopping be your thing. The Friday morning market is only a 10 minute walk (at best) from the flat and is good fun. I really like Spoleto - there is lots to see and do and with a good range of cafés and restaurants to keep you well-fuelled. I’ll be back in the summer to do some cycling and walking - there are lots of good paths for both of these activities.

We really liked the apartment in a nice house. The bedroom is very large and pleasantly equipped. In addition to the apartment there are two guest rooms, for all together there is a covered patio. We met exciting other guests and also Pierfrancesco stopped by. This is a great European experience.

It is a really tiny space, but we were surprised how many things fit in - the room was so well equipped, including washing machine, fridge and olive oil. And the amazing garden just in front of the room - great for breakfast. The location could not be better, near to the center but absolutely quiet. And the thick walls kept the room quite cool even during the hottest day. And last but not least, our host Elisa took great care of us!

Although a bit small, the room is equipped with everything you need to live independently in the center of Spoleto. Added value is the presence of a beautiful garden and the availability of Signora Gorizia.

Me and my partner wanted to spend a New Year relaxing and quiet and we succeeded. We were welcomed by Gorizia, the mother of Alessio, a very kind and hospitable person, who brought us to this small but very cozy room equipped with: kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV, heating, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker wi-fi, outdoor garden, etc ... The room is located a few steps from the historic center with parking, free or not, nearby. We recommend it to individuals or couples who want to stay in Spoleto, without excessive expenses.

The stay at Federico's place was charming. The apartment is perfect central in the old town, quiet, all the necessary is here and makes it easy. Monuments, bars and restaurants at the corner. Easy also and reliable the communication with Federico... I didn't know the city of L'Aquila before : just felt under the spell of its understated beauty and atmosphere

This lovely accommodation is situated in a very central area not far from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The flat is well presented, modern and well furnished. Federico has been a great host, punctual for our check in, very polite and he’s also available for any questions you may have about L’Aquila. Very recommended flat.

In two months and seven Airbnb stays, this was one of our favorites, the views from the different balconies looking out over the valley were mesmerizing. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen quite adequate. I would caution anyone with disabilities or who are challenged climbing stars might have a problem here, I use a cane I did alright, it was difficult but so worth it! I would love to come again and enjoy Catia and Paolo’s hospitality in this amazing place.

What a beautiful place. Located on top of the hill, there are amazing views of the valley and mountains. It’s very peaceful and great for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks for the amazing hospitality Paolo!

A very beautiful place. At the top of a small town. The mists that crawl out of the gorge into the valley in the morning are one of the most beautiful spectacles to be seen in life.

We stayed one week in mid October as we were going to a wedding nearby. Paolo’s place is well equipped - including an iron ( much needed!) You have you’re own private terrace to sit out and enjoy the fantastic views. Paolo was so welcoming and met us nearby to escort us up the hill and show us where to park. It was a nice touch to find fresh coffee and a bottle of wine to welcome us. We didn’t use the pool or sauna but did relax on the loungers in the sunshine right at the top in the communal area. You need a car to explore the area don’t miss the waterfalls and if you have time the thermal pools in Saturnia are amazing .

Great Appartement with fantastic views and facilities in a beautiful small village.

My girlfriend and i stayed with Paolo for 8 days. We had a really nice stay. Paolo is everything that you could wish for in a host. Polite, welcoming, very friendly. He organised a bbq for us and the other guests, gave some tips about the region, gave us really good food and wine! If you are looking to stay in this region, look no further and book this place! House was very clean and well equipped, the view was amazing. 5 star house, 5 star stay, 6 star host!

Paolos Apartments in Ferentillo are amazing. The view is breathtaking and we couldn't get enough :) The apartment itself is small, but very nice in renovated old terrace house. There was everything we needed. It has a small private terrace or you can use a bigger terrace in common area with the pool, sauna and BBQ. Paolo is one of the best hosts I met, he met us in the village downstairs and showed us the way to the parking lot, then gave us a tour across the place and provided us with some tips for trips and great italian wine. He warned us that we booked for very short amount of time (just 2 nights) and he was right, I'll make sure not to make the same mistake next time, cause I'm sure I'll have to come back :)

A breathtaking spot in the Umbrian Hills within a short drive to the nearby waterfall and an easy drive to Todi, Assisi or Perugia. The setting is incredible, the infinity pool offers stunning views at sunset, and the hosts are very attentive. One tip: make sure your car is good off-road as the access demands it!

It is as beautiful as in the pictures and better. The pool and the view alone are more than worth it, but Gianmaria's care and advise are truly the icing on the cake.

Nothing short of World Class. This establishment is an Oasis, and you will enjoy every second you spend in GianMaria's establishment. I don't leave such positive reviews usually but he went out of his way to make sure that we have an amazing time time on top of owning what I can only describe as a pure Gem of a place. Super beautiful place in Umbria. The house is on a small street outside a small village, but a Terni (a bigger city) is close for everything you need. The garden is indeed nice to relax or play with the lovely cats. Did not get to spend a lot of time with Ricciardo, but his girlfriend helped us out with useful tips and was cool to hang out with. Would surely stay here again! Btw, having a car is highly recommended.

Riccardo and Loredana are soooo helpful and hospitable, their home is very quiet and surrounded by greenery, with so many kittens to keep you company! If you like walking, the position is perfect too: with a walk of a few kilometers also immersed in the green you will reach stroncone, a wonderful medieval village that seems to come directly out from the saga of King Arthur.

I had a great time buy Mathildes home it was very quiet with a nice view and I could park in front of the home, there is a nice kitchen and the place is also very clean and spacious, my dog seems to feel very happy there and made friends with some kitty ☺️

A great find! This place is such a sweet little local gem. It’s perched on top of a gorgeous hill/mountain in a tiny little town with amazing views right from the windows of the airbnb! The host was very kind and shared a ton of local things to see and do in the area, plus some beautiful stories of his grandfather’s life in the town, a famous local artist and more. He clearly loves this place and his enthusiasm is contagious. The house is recently renovated. The owner did a very nice job of making it modern and comfortable, but keeping so many charming elements of the old structure. The garden is completely fenced and so inviting and lovely too. The drive up to the place is a little narrow for us North American drivers, but very do-able. :)

The house is located in a very quiet place away from the crowd with charming views. It is equipped with all you need and nicely furnished with modern and vintage furniture. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet getaway.

This is a beautiful house in a small old town ont the top of the heel! It is beautiful and clean. I also love a sculpture garden next to the house and amazing view! Stefania met us at arrival, showed house and garden, gave helpful tips of around restaurants and places to visit during our stay. Would love to come back again!

Rural and in a beautiful location on top of a hill.

the apartment is certainly above all beyond all expectations the place and the views around it are absolutely fabulous. The house inside is arranged on two floors: ground floor and first floor. Ground floor we find the living room with kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and fridge, oven and microwave oven. We also have Alexa's company. All absolutely perfect and well maintained. On the upper floor we find the bedroom on the right composed of a seven-bed wardrobe and two bedside tables and two windows, both of which have mini balconies, which overlook really wonderful views. On the same floor we also find the bathroom, very well made, very clean !! Outside we find a small space, useful for evening dinners especially when it's warmer. An absolutely recommendable apartment! Fabulous host and available for any information. The apartment is far from the Marmore waterfalls 7 minutes by car, very very very comfortable. Surely we will be back for another fabulous weekend.

Corrado was very helpful and provided everything we needed and more ! The place is amazing with a great view. The town was very charming. I would definitely recommend it!
