It features two floors joined by an external staircase, with a large porticoed area for windy days. Inside, a large living room, with windows that open onto the garden and the pool, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 places) including 3 master bedrooms with king-size bed and private bathroom, 4 bathrooms, barbecue, parking spaces covered.

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

A few meters from the apartment you will find the bus stop, market, bars and restaurants. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a kettle, a TV, and linen. There is a free public parking lot 50 meters away.
