Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

L'appartamento stato progettato e ristrutturato nel 2024 in modo sobrio ed elegante, in modo che lo sfondo dell'isola della Maddalena e dell'Isola di Spargi potesse parlare da solo. Una fusione di legni nautici, tonalità mielate e pietra lattiginosa, sullo sfondo abbagliante della natura. Per la magica vista dal gigantesco divano o per la splendida piscina condominiale, tornerai anno dopo anno. STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

It has a veranda with a fantastic view of Porto Rafael and the Maddalena archipelago. Located just 300 meters from La Sciumara beach and 600 meters from the center and the port. A few meters from the apartment you will find the bus stop, market, bars and restaurants. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a kettle, a TV, and linen. There is a free public parking lot 50 meters away.

In the garden there is also a beautiful BBQ area with pizza oven.
