The apartment has a separate entrance from the garden and is located right next to Kongeskogen, with direct access to trails and hiking terrain.

Direct access to the harbor promenade that takes you past the City Hall Bridge (with boat departures to the islands), Akershus Fortress, the Opera House, the Munch Museum, Bjørvika and all the way out to Sørenga.
