Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. Na een dagje in een van deze drukke steden is het een heerlijke plek om lekker te relaxen. Je waant je er in een oase van rust midden in de natuur, terwijl je aan de horizon Amsterdam nog ziet liggen. Het huisje is voorzien van alle luxe. Per boot kun je ook het meer verder verkennen. Ook zwemmen en vissen zijn goed mogelijk.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Thanks to the necessary amenities, everyone can comfortably enjoy the vacation: swimming, boating, paddleboarding, table tennis, BBQing, etc. Within five minutes you can sail to the Loosdrechtse Plassen, or to the supermarket in the picturesque Loenen aan de Vecht.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
