Beautiful terrace and courtyard with paradise sea views. There is complete silence and calm, a great place for creative people or those who need a reboot. Special thanks to Iris for the hospitality! Also nearby is a tavern with delicious food! I recommend and will definitely come back!

Great place for a holiday. Spacious condo and friendly neighbors. Bread and fruits can be purchased via delivery service. There are awesome beaches nearby, but you need a car for reaching them. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it and come back again! And try the Restaurant Kiafa Way near Zarakes. They have great food and the owner speaks German.

The little town of Mpoufalos is a fascinating place where time slows down and you can enjoy the contact with nature. The apartment has a fantastic view on the bay, and it is 30 steps from the see. Its very clean, and well furnished. Hosts extremely gentle, really good people.

The apartment is fully equipped, we were welcome with kind and supported for every necessity. The local people are very nice and helped us to spent a pleasant stay. We would like to thanks them for the great welcome.

Excellent location and perfect hospitality. What would you need more? The house had a great sea view, in a quiet location and only few footsteps from the sea. It was fully equipped with everything and made our stay really great. The house has mosquito nets in all doors and windows and a fan for hot days and nights. We will visit is again, for sure!

The apartment is brand new, spotless, bright bright airy and cool. There is plenty of green around and no disturbance from buildings or traffic. You can go for a bath, shopping etc on foot! He loved all of us, big and small!

Congratulations to Giorgos !!! It was the first time we made a reservation through Airbnb and we were somewhat skeptical. The house was just like in the photos. We were very pleased with the house, the cleanliness and the hospitality of the people. The sea for swimming is very close, we went on foot, as well as coffee shops, drinks or food. I strongly suggest this. We will definitely go back !!!

Spyros offers a comfortable, spacy, and clean flat. We liked the kitchen and the terrace. The area was calm and quiet. It was the great location to visit a lot of places in the central and south part of Evia.

I fully recomend Lazy Farm! It is the best place for relax wihout any tourist. View from the balcony is amazing. House is super eqquiped and very clean. Owners of the house are very kind, they brought us fresh fruits and Greek Musaka which was better than in the restaurant. I realy love this place and for sure will come back in the future!

A truly off-line summer break! Labros, Nicholas and Dimitria made us hugely welcome and their hospitality is second to none. The house is wonderfully equipped with the most wonderful views across the bay (sunset is staggeringly beautiful). The house is set on the edge of a national reserve and the untarmacked track/road to it runs along the shoreline, letting you know you’re away from any hustle and bustle. There are sea urchins and rocks, do swim shoes are recommended, but the sea is super clear and clean, loads of fish and just the right amount of waves to make it great swimming. There are two small beaches in the bay for easier access, but we loved using the house beach. We arrived tired and ready for some real downtime - we found it at Lazy Farm. Thank you to Dimitria for her home cooked treats, Nickolas for his humour, figs, honey and watermelon and Labros for local information. We’re all recharged for the year ahead.

Place of residence far from civilization - what we wanted. Excellent living conditions, friendly hosts (large Greek family). One of the co-owners - Nicholas, knows English, which is very helpful in communication and life. The hosts repeatedly treated us to fish, olive oil, feta, Greek dishes. At our request, we were sold olive oil and lamb meat. The house is equipped with everything necessary. Clean and tidy, inside is cozy and beautiful. Right behind the fence is the sea. To the right of the exit from the yard there is a mini-beach with an umbrella in 20 meters. To the left of the exit after 200 meters along the shore there is an equipped beach under the trees. It is recommended to have swimming shoes with you. in the water, stones and sea urchins. The water is clean. A bit unlucky with the weather - a strong wind blew for several days in a row and therefore went to swim to other beaches of Evia.

House and area for relaxation and contact with nature

The house was very comfortable and functional, cool and fully equipped with amazing sea views. His courtyard was very hospitable for our four-legged family member! The owners were excellent people, hospitable and discreet, made us feel at home and offered us generously local products. At the time we went we had a lot of air whenever it was difficult to take advantage of the privacy of the beach, which had good waters but other rocky and quite a few pebbles.

Stunning hospitality, the purest sea, the opportunity to see and understand Greece from the inside. Lovely fishing. If you have a car, you can drive half of Greece, both on highways and on a ferry.

For the second year in a row we visited "Zarakes" and everything was great again!! The house has been slightly renovated with new windows / doors, even more beds to guest more people and nice trimmed garden / yard!! The hospitality from Athina and her parents was also very warm as well as from all the locals of the village!! Highly recomended for vacations all year around!!

Very nice and traditional appartment in a small beautifull vilage, very close from an amazing beach (Klimaki) and delicious tavernas and restaurants!!!

A wonderful house in the most beautiful village in Zarakes. Complete relaxation and a truly unique stay. Costas and his family welcomed us with a wonderful check in and was always on the phone for any queries or questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

The location and the house is an oasis of relax recommend for 100% peaceful time. We had a great time and sure we gonna visit it again.The homemade wine was delicious and for sure is something that you have to try. The recomandations of costas and his parents were really useful and were very helpful.

The villa is awesome: big, clean and the sea is just in front of it, straight after the road. The place is peaceful and quiet. All necessary facilities are there: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in the rooms, great kitchen with all necessary stuff. And the area in the yard is amazing as well. There is a dedicated place for BBQ where you can easily cook meat or fish. Our host Stefanos was very hospitable and friendly. Any questions were answered very promptly. The nearest small shop is in Almiropotamos, about 3km from Ag. Dimitrios. It would be great to have something closer and larger. There are plenty of cafes and bars in Almiropotamos and nice beach area Galazia Limni with sunbeds, bar and cafe in about 1km. We were travelling by car because it's quite far from Athens, about 170km. We noticed a ferry going directly to Almiropotamos from Agia Marina but didn't have chance to use it. So the trip might be much shorter.

Angelas house is in Zarakes is a wondefull place to be. We stayed nearly 3 weeks and missed nothing. Its a friendly village with lovely inhabitans. You can choose between serveral beaches near by but the "private" Zarakes beach was our favourite not least because of the nice restaurant and the relaxed atmosphere. Thanks Greece!

Angela's house has the best view in the village from her verandah, of the sea and the mountains. Her house is in the most peaceful, friendly and attractive village we came across in Evia. We loved Limnonia beach, 20 minutes away with the best seafood taverna we ate in on Evia. We loved everything about Angela's home and our stay in Zarakes.

We stayed at Angela's place in February and although the village is more a summer destination we really enjoyed our staying there. The house has everything you need to feel at home. It was equipped with plenty of firewood and we enjoyed the fire place and the cute little living room. The house view is beautiful. Angela was very fast replying to all our questions. We also got a little present which was very much appreciated.

A very nice house in a small, quiet village. Bakery and Mini Market and two tavernas are within walking distance. In 15 - 20 minutes you can reach wonderful beaches by car. Angela was very nice and provided all information in advance and so it was very easy to find our way and to feel comfortable. I can fully recommend it!

The house offered us a superb view of the old village and the quiet sought after. It is a 5-minute walk from a village that offers all the services to do our shopping without a car, with charming merchants. We spend a mervellous week in Zarakès by Rio.

Rio’s place was amazing! We had a great stay! Wonderful traditional place, cozy, yet simple, with proximity to everything you might need. The house is really extraordinary, perfect for guests who value vintage style with modern touches and a peaceful and quiet area. As the village is not by the sea, there are few tourists and you can experience authentic greek village atmosphere. The location is close to many beautiful beaches. Rio is a great host, replies quickly and is very helpful if any problems arise.

A very special place! We felt very much at home in this wonderfully renovated old stone house. The house / kitchen was very comfortable and well equipped. The location is very remote which comes with many benefits as beautiful scenery and views from the huge terrace, a sky full of stars at night and peaceful silence all day long. Deceleration at its best. Rio was a well organized host (we did not meet him in person) but had friendly, direct and fast contact via phone to have all our questions answered immediately (he speaks perfect English). As nights became colder he had organized a friendly local person to cut wood for us which was placed next to the house one afternoon (we did not have to ask for it). The house has also to movable electric heaters. There is a mini market in the village for all basic need, supermarkets are in longer distance (ca. 20 min by car). We enjoyed the silence and felt very much at home.

The house is in a great location. The kitchen, but we have never needed, seems to be well equipped. Water and electricity are ok. The house suffered however under it, that it was not aired for a long time (we arrived on the 10th of a), which is in the corresponding smell of the house (textiles) and above all the mattresses extreme. It should not be necessary to ventilate bedding and mattresses long before you can use them. The odor evaporated only towards the end of our weekly rental period. Actually, it would be self-evident that a jamming, non-lockable door to toilet / bathroom would be repaired and that a person responsible for the house would be there if the landlord can not take the check-in itself or that one at least a plan to find the House mitbekäme. To be used. The price performance ratio can not be compared with the otherwise usual of the country.

Very picturesque and if you walk down the valley you reach the most beautiful beach with super clear water and a charming taverna ready to serve you up a feast of local delicacies. Dimitris and George were very friendly and helpful from our first communication. The house that is best for families, has everything from a functional point of view and the garden is the best. We forgot the kids completely and we really relaxed. We will definitely come back!

House Dimitris is simply wonderful. Photos do not convey half the reality. This is a huge, clean, cozy penthouse with a large garden, barbecue and very very hospitable owners! The house has absolutely everything !!! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, made for yourself. The kitchen is a paradise for the hostess. Bed linen, towels, household goods in unlimited quantities! Very comfortable rooms, almost every room has a balcony. There is a great large terrace with a huge table and a swing. The view from the terrace is unforgettable. Dimitris and Georgia met us in person. They told everyone, explained, made coffee and treated them to local youth. It was unforgettable. Dimitris was always in touch, answering questions. I personally showed us a fabulous restaurant with wonderful seafood, helped with the choice of dishes, was friendly and very friendly. We were delighted with everything. Thank you very much to this wonderful family for everything !!! This is just the best house and great people! Thank!!!!

Truly amasing hosts and a spacious and warm house where we easily felt at home. All clean and full of interior detail with extended care on child safety. Parking inside the yard for up to four cars and a big green garden for the smaller children. We used the spacious barbecue corner several times as there is a fresh fish store close by. Panagias beaches were better than we initially thought they would be. Hoghly recommended.

Traveling somewhere new can be challenging, especially with a huge family (8 people) including children. But Dimitris was extremely helpful from the day we booked the vacation through our departure. The photos and description of this amazing home are already beautiful, but they pale in comparison to the reality. Dimitris' home is a little piece of paradise with an amazing view of the little village that is Panagia, the sea merely meters away, balconies on all sides, and amazingly decorated wide open home. For fans of beach holidays, this is a must visit. Bring your snorkeling gear as the water is worth exploring along the rocky coastline, or put a towel down on the amazing sandy areas perfect for families. The water is calm and as safe as you can get, making it extremely relax for parents. The small restaurants along the coast are friendly and familiar, and the cost are more than descent. Dimitris' holiday home was clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. All amnesties were thought of, and then some. We were treated as family from day one, and many home made produce (eggplants, peppers, etc...) as well as products (olive oil, cheese, etc...) were left for us to enjoy during our stay. Over the week, the little village is very quiet and a perfect retreat for those who dislike big touristic areas. July was perfect weather for us, with average 30 degrees and a great sea breeze to keep us cool. Weekends bring Greek families from the surrounding areas who want to enjoy the beach, but even this can hardly be called crowded. We absolutely adored our stay in Panagia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, paradise experience involving hours of lounging in at the sea surrounding by breathtaking mountain and an amazing nightsky (little light pollution).

Amazing stay in Georges’s villa. The place is so beautiful and calm! Breathtaking panoramic view, of the Greek sea and the mountains right in front of you! The beach is just 1 minute from the house and the sea is amazing for swimming. Very kids friendly! The place is so spacious and can can easily accommodate 10 people. Two floors fully autonomous with their huge balconies and gardens. Air conditioners to all areas. Many taverns and markets within 5 mins. Outstanding experience and very prompt responses from the host! We will definitely go back!
