It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

In the heart of the Loire Valley Castles and the Loire Valley by Bike, you can: - Visit the ZOO of BEAUVAL, 45 min away (Large South American aviary!) - Take bike rides (if you have your bikes, we will gladly keep them in the garage) or walk along the Loire or in the vineyards - Discover the Châteaux de la Loire (Amboise 10 min, Chenonceau 25 min, Chambord 1 hour, etc...) - Visit Tours 15 minutes away - Or simply do wine tastings a 5-min walk from the house.

15’ by car from Tours and Amboise, 2’ on foot from the small town center of Montlouis or 10’ from the first vineyards, this small house is the ideal refuge for discovering Loire Valley or home office. You will love the calm and the view over the Loire, while being close the little city center. The little house is independent, but it is located on our property… and that of our cats. This is why dogs are welcome, but only on a leash in the garden ;-)

Charming Studio in the heart of the Loire Châteaux

OPERA singers, we welcome you in our late 19th century house "AMALOUYSE", between the place of the tourist office & the church, overlooking the verdant Loire, 10 minutes from the TGV station St Pierre des Corps / Tours, in the heart Loire châteaux and wine cellars (Vouvray, Montlouis ...). You enjoy a studio (independent entrance) of 31m2 with its separate WC, its spacious shower, a kitchen, a king size bed (or 2 beds 90) & a pretty private terrace.

The Rock House

Our house is very atypical because it is semi troglodyte . There is a very common feature among cave houses, it is the humidity... it is due to the absorption of small amounts of water continuously. So you have to dehumidify the air and heat up all year. There may also be small particles falling on the floor. There is a courtyard at the front and a large private park on the higher ground for relaxing. The car can be parked nearby.
