Gourmet kitchen, ocean view, one level, great lanai spaces, plenty of off-street parking, access to private hiking trails and seasonal swimming in the fresh-water stream. Towards the end of summer and early fall, swimming may not be possible due to less rainfall in the watershed located at the higher elevations.
