Within the gated community are two private beaches with exclusive access for residents: Playita Mia and Playa La Leona. The house has two completely independent suites located on the ground floor, both exclusively for your use. On the ground floor, you'll find a 70 sq m patio covered entirely in artificial turf, complete with a BBQ area, outdoor dining set, and a garden umbrella! The BBQ and patio are illuminated so you can enjoy your barbecues even at night. On the rooftop, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Ayangue Bay, a second-floor pool perfect for watching the sunset, a covered bar, an outdoor shower, and a half-bath. We offer two very comfortable suites. Each suite features two distinct areas: a master bedroom with two full-size beds and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, BBQ equipment, pots and pans, and a small dining area. It also includes a spacious private bathroom with running hot water. It's important to note that the entire complex offers free Wi-Fi and parking within the gated community, right at the doorstep.
