Our "cottage" is located right on the edge of the forest behind our house, as part of an old mill yard! We are 1 kilometer away from the neighbors and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. It is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Nestled in the picturesque nature of Lütz, just a stone's throw from the Moselle, our house offers the ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists. If you just want to relax and enjoy the cuisine of the Moselle region, this is also the right place. In a historic ambience, you can have a nice time with up to 9 people.

This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

Our beautiful, almost 250-year-old house offers you everything you need to relax in the middle of nature or spend time with family and friends. The large garden invites you to linger in good weather and thanks to the wood-burning stove and sauna you can also make yourself comfortable on rainy days. The house is surrounded by the fields and forests of the Hunsrück, the Moselle can be reached in a few minutes by car.
