Welcome to my childhood home, a former sheepfold tastefully restored by my father. The isolated house in the Luberon hills offers you exceptional tranquility, a beautiful setting, a gentle awakening with the song of birds and cicadas! With a wide range of activities nearby. Located 1.2 km from the small village of Sigonce, 10 km from Forcalquier, 10 km from the highway, 2 km from a river and waterfall, close to Lake Oraison and the Gorges du Verdon. P.S. there's fiber!!!

Suite Tournesol is ideal for one couple; 40 m2 including kitchen, bedroom /living room and hall with cupboard, bathroom with shower, separate WC, radio and TV. Spacious 30 m2 terrace with panoramic view towards the Luberon mountains. The suite is fully equipped with all you need including coffe/tea, bathrobes and wonderful thick towels. An efficient electric fan has been installed in the ceiling. You will find extra chairs in the hall if you want to sit by the fountain!

The house is located in the upper part of the village, in front of the Castle and close to the Promenade des Bêques. Lurs, "village and city of Caractères" of 380 inhabitants. Perched on a rocky outcrop at 612 m, it overlooks the Durance on one side and the Luberon on the other. It is located on the Chemin de StJacques de Compostelle. Former residence of the Bishops of Sisteron, Lurs has 5 chapels as well as twenty oratories located on the promenade of the Bishops.
