Abondance Chalet

Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Calm and rest assured in a real green setting 800 m from the summer lake (swimming, walking and fishing). In winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding in Prénovel (8 km), downhill skiing in Morbier (25 km) or Les Rousses (35 km). Labeled Gîtes de France, 3 épis.

Loft with outdoor area, sauna, jacuzzi

Baptisé "Un Autre Monde", this atypical place is installed in an old printing press, close to the city center. You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. There is also a game room and a chill-out area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.
