Top City apartment BS: Central, quiet, bright + balcony!

The 32 sqm apartment we have newly generously furnished a few years ago. Very bright, quiet and has a small balcony to SW! Located in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone: in the Casparistraße between Burgplatz and Hagenmarkt (e.g. 5 min. to the audio-Med-Akad. or castle). Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity enable a fast basic supply! Public transport stops (trams/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS or Siemen only about 10 - 15 min.!

Nice little home for couples, singles, 5 minute walk to the center, Emperor´s Palace (Kaiserpfalz), 15 min to the station, no kids, pets, candles, barbecue, smoking (old city/Unesco). One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

The apartment is modernly furnished and is located both a 15-minute walk from the main train station and from the city center. Cozy cottage for two people. Directly on the lake, with large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture, including pine wood. This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The apartment is approx. 43 m². There are 2 rooms, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connect a long hallway from which the bathroom and kitchen also go. There is also a balcony facing the street from the living room. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), there is easy-maintained laminate flooring in all rooms.
