The cozy 27 m² apartment includes: an equipped kitchen, a living/dining area and sofa bed. Upstairs, accessible by a Japanese-style staircase, there is a bedroom (160 cm bed) and a bathroom (shower/sink/toilet). Small private terrace, access to the swimming pool and bowling alley.
