After renovation of the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we have rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it a 100 m2 apartment with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Quiet,rest,freshness awaits you in,inside or old paving, stone vault,old doors,antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a big adjoining park.

The Vault of 26

In the heart of one of Albi's iconic neighborhoods, you will be seduced by the vault of 26. Atypical and warm apartment, this T1-bis combines charm and practicality. La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. 5 minutes from downtown Albi, Episcopal city (UNESCO World Heritage Site). In a very quiet area, small charming house (40 m²), on enclosed wooded land of 900 m². Features a large covered terrace (30 m²), with barbecue, hotplate and large plancha. Direct river access, ideal for fishing. Motorized boat (2.5 hp) available upon request at time of booking. Pets: allowed. In June, July and August, bookings are for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.

The 35 m2 gîte is located at the southern end of our property. It has a separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, an equipped kitchen with sitting area (approximately 12 m2), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, office area and an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable and bright. It overlooks a large garden and vegetable garden. It belongs to the peace of a village while being close to urban life. Self check-in in case of absence of the owners.

Small 27 m2 house, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. To access it, you will need to walk on a path for 200 m up a steep hill. The house includes a living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom with dry toilet. Breakfast not included but we offer homemade meals. Max power is 800W: check your devices before coming. We communicate exclusively via messaging/email, the phone does not get here.
