The complex of cabins located in Chilecito (La Rioja) adopt the name of Balcón de Famatina for its view and orientation towards the massif with eternal snows and an altitude of 6100 where the towers of the longest cable rail in the world are supported, whose last station (the ninth) is the La Mejicana mine in which gold and other minerals were extracted back in 1905 and until 1926. Fully equipped cabins with capacity for 1 to 5 people, two floors with very comfortable rooms.

A beautiful, centrally located apartment

Excellent location in the heart of downtown, three blocks from the main square with a service station in front and shops of all kinds nearby. The environment is totally safe with security cameras and doorman service. Newly decorated and furnished apartment, with everything you need for an ideal, comfortable and pleasant stay. It has two 40” TVs and two split air conditioners in the living room and bedroom.

Excellent apartment located 400 meters from the main square of the city of La Rioja, with no neighbors in the building. Residential and safe area, close to downtown, fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 5 people. Guests from all over the world have chosen this apartment to stay in my beautiful city, fully equipped in all rooms for maximum comfort.

The living area features a yellow sofa and a wooden coffee table, complemented by a decorative table with an intricate tablecloth. A dining table with wooden chairs is present, and a wall-mounted bulletin board displays various colorful notes and images. Natural light enters through the sliding glass door, leading to a small balcony.

Bright new downtown apartment.

It is a new, bright and cozy apartment located in the heart of the city of La Rioja. It is fully equipped to the satisfaction of our guests, it has a bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, which can be set up with a double bed or two singles upon request. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, so it can accommodate four people comfortably.

A grassy outdoor area features several black chairs arranged near a small table. Lush palm trees and landscaping enhance the space. A set of metal stairs leads to an upper level, while a concrete path runs along the edge of the lawn.
