The studio is located a 5-minute walk from the cable car and close to shops (bakery, pub, restaurants, grocery store within a 2-minute walk). From the sofa or balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Meije, the Rateau and their glaciers.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, and offers stunning views of the mountains. The accommodation has a private indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, to relax in a zen and soothing atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior design brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps

Typical apartment opposite the Meije!

The apartment is composed of a hall, a bathroom + toilet, a living room (kitchen and sofa bed) as well as a bedroom with a baby cot. To access it, you need to go through the living room. A terrace in front of the apartment allows you to eat outside in front of the Meije. A barrier protects from the ravine but toddlers must remain under parental supervision. The apartment above is regularly occupied by the owners.

Come and enjoy our 12-bed accommodation with your family, with terrace and garden, and enjoy an exceptional panorama: the Emparis plateau in front, La Meije on your left, and the Pic du Mas de la Grave on your right! The accommodation has been completely renovated, and has a large living room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms with private shower room, and two dormitories with 4 beds, with a shower room.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.
