Vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée de l'Yerres! Profitez de la terrasse pour admirer les couchers de soleil, apercevoir les vaches en saison ou tout simplement se détendre dans un écrin de verdure. Le logement, tout confort, est une vraie "tiny house" pour 2 personnes. Il se compose d'une pièce avec kitchenette tout équipée et canapé-lit de 160 cm dernière génération très confortable pour optimiser l'espace (23 m2). Le chalet est à 30 min de Disneyland, 35 min de Paris Est en train (gare à 2km).

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.
