Come and enjoy a mountain experience in our 32 m2 studio, located on the ground floor of a house with a separate entrance. This cottage is very well equipped and can accommodate up to 3 people. Enjoy the spa from May 1 to Sept 30. Marked hiking trails start from the house. Two lakes accessible in 10 minutes, Allevard Collet ski resort and Bourget Lake 30 minutes away.

It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

The spa town of Allevard-les-Bains is 9 km away and the first ski resort (Collet d'Allevard) is 20 km away (30 minutes).

With an area of 70 m2, this completely renovated cottage is located on the 2nd floor of a house adjoining that of the owners. Bright, comfortable, well-equipped, very well insulated, the underfloor heating will ensure great comfort in winter. The cottage has two bedrooms; one with 2 single beds, the other with 3 single beds. The beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. You will have stunning views of the Combe de Savoie and the Granier Cliff.

In winter, the ski resorts are nearby: Les 7 Laux, La Feclaz, or Orelle (45 minutes by highway)

The house is located at the crossroads of the highways to Chambéry, Grenoble, the valleys of Tarentaise, Maurienne and Isère (A43 3 km away). The first ski resorts are 45 minutes away. The first shops are 10 km away.

Studio: L'étable

In a 300-year-old barn currently under renovation, now inhabited by the owners. You'll stay in the stable, which has been completely converted into a studio, occupying the ground floor of the house. Only the entrance hall is shared; there are no shared spaces. The studio is cool all summer, no air conditioning required. The accommodation is connected to fiber optics - hiking - work - winter sports

Furnished chalet in Allevard

Hi, we're Aline and François. We offer to host you in our small chalet (large 2 rooms of 50 m²) located on the grounds of our house. Ideal for your ski stays or for spa guests, you will be only 30 minutes from the ski slopes (Collet d'Allevard and 7 Laux) and a 5-minute walk from the city center of Allevard and the Thermal Baths. Parking possible for 2 cars. Cats and dog on site.
