The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Mini house by the river

Charming cottage on the waterfront of Otra, with its own small beach and fishing rights. The cabin has a kitchenette with two hobs, coffee maker, fridge and the most necessary kitchen utensils. No running water, but enough drinking water and washing water is provided. Toilet in separate building wall-to-wall with the cabin which is located on a sheep pasture with no neighbors nearby. Free parking about 50 meters away. Great hiking terrain/nearby trips! Tømmerrenna is just nearby and should be experienced (google it). The same applies to the Setesdalsbanen

Patio with good sun conditions, lawn and veranda with both barbecue and seating area. There is a soccer goal and a swing that can be used The cabin is on a farm, where there are goats, cats and cows. There is bore water with some dye, but not dangerous. But if desired, we can arrange filtered water for drinking water. There is poor Telia coverage but 5G Telenor coverage. Great hiking areas in Iveland. 10 min to the beach Iveland 25 min to Mineralparken Evje 30 min to Vennesla city center 1 hour to Kristiansand Zoo.

Farm in the woods

An old farm in the middle of the forest. If you're lucky, you can see wild animals and birds from the windows early in the morning or foxes, hares, moose or deer in the evening/night that come to drink in the pond. Cut down your own Christmas tree and decorate it if you rent at Christmas or take it home if you rent earlier in December. Berry or mushroom trips are recommended in season. Interesting area for amateur geologists with quarries "everywhere".
