This unique cottage has vaulted ceilings and consist of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen diner which is perfect for quiet nights in. For those warm sunny days the french doors lead onto a private patio with out door seating. Towels and bed line are offered in this accommodation. We are also able to offer our guests a parking space on our drive way, off the street behind an electric fence.

It is perfectly located for exploring this vibrant city, close to Clifton and the University, with numerous shops, cafe's, restaurants, bars and open spaces within walking distance. Good travel links, close Redland station, which connects to Temple Meads and a short drive from the M32. We provide complimentary toiletries, cotton sheets, coffee, tea and kitchen essentials.

LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Vault
The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

A stones throw from the cafes and bars of bustling Stokes Croft, a 10 minute walk to the independent shops of Gloucester Road and a 5 minute walk to Cabot Circus, for shopping & town centre. A light open plan kitchen / living space, well equiped to cook an evening meal and a window seat from which to enjoy the views. The large dark walled bedroom feels cosy with orignal shutters that open on to a quiet street.

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.
