Overall the place and experience was way better than I expected. Firstly it's located IN Eagle Pass which was my first concern. Once I got here though all my other concerns disappeared. The place is very clean and the host was attentive and helpful for the entirety of the 2+ weeks I stayed. Any questions I had were answered within 15-20 minutes of me sending the message which is pretty nice especially when you are new to an area. Overall 5/5 will definitely be staying again when I return here in a few months

I was very pleased with Ramon’s accommodations. Easy to find, conveniently located- close to restaurants and Casino. Ramon was very attentive. Very good communicator. The place was very clean, well furnished and had everything one needs for a short stay. There was even water and snacks! Not to forget a well stocked bathroom with soap and shampoo- plenty of fresh smelling, large bath towels- always a plus. I highly recommend Ramon’s place - as for me, I already booked my next visit at his place!

I’ve stayed here before and there’s a reason why. This place is always so clean. I love the fact that she keeps stuff that I usually have to buy when I go to Piedras, like just the basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee but it’s important when you are already spending money on lots of other things. It’s nice to have these things around and is very appreciated. I like that she also has shampoos and conditioners and lots of other handy things around. Especially when you forget these at home. Once you leave the area you have grocery markets down the road on either side (Gutierrez on one and Bodega Aurreras, they carry Walmart brands, on the other) not to mention Soriana farther down and Merco grocery store as well. Lots of places to go and see. If you are in the mood for it, there is a place just down the entrance of the enclosed section where you can buy hamburgers or burritos. Lady is very nice and we have gotten food from there in the past visits. There is an Oxxo right past it on the corner if you need anything like a cappuccino, waters or soft drinks. It’s kind of like a gasoline station without the gasoline. The bed is a bit hard for me but I can sleep in it. It’s a good place to stay at plus all the perks at an awesome price. You can’t get any better than this.

The place was amazing. The location is awesome. It is close to the international bridge, shopping area, and good places to eat. The locals were friendly. The apartment is in great conditions, good amenities, great space, and good back yard.

I recommend staying at Eddy's place. It was a Clean and spacious place in a good quiet neighborhood. Near all needed Grocery stores and points of interest as well as international bridge to Eagle pass. Close to near by towns to Visit relatives. Eddy provided Great Customer service. We stayed in Erik’s place while visiting a family. It was the perfect places for us. The place had everything we needed and more, quiet neighborhood, very clean, open concept space, having washer and dryer was a plus and Erik was quick to respond and offer any assistance if need it. As others have previously mentioned, this place is an absolute gem. Very well maintained, sparkling clean, and even a few nice personal touches like two complimentary bottles of wine, plus a bottle of water and energy snack for each night rented. One thing not mentioned was a very good water softener system. It took FOREVER to get the soap off!!! But that's a good thing. I was super impressed with this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.....

It’s a great place to stay. Living room, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, lots of spacing. It has a great backyard. I recommend to anybody visiting Eagle Pass.

Small but very nice place to stay at. She has all available amenities including salt,pepper toothpaste shampoo and conditioner. She even had cooking oil. There is a grocery store within walking distance for anything else. It’s upstairs but it isn’t far up. If there is a problem, there is someone downstairs working in the garden nursery to help you out(all owned by the same owners). There is parking around the corner very close by.

Miguel has been a great host accommodating our arrival times and details of our stay. He is very quick to respond and offer options for the making our stay more convenient. Upon arrival the space was super clean, had fresh linens, and well lit to get everyone in and situated after hours. This space was great for the family of 2 adults, 2 small kids, and guest. The bedrooms were a good size with huge closets to store our luggage and Christmas presents we traveled with. The washer and dryer were clutch because you know how kids are. The open kitchen - living room space was great to get everyone in the same space to eat and get ready to travel. The location was tucked away in a neighborhood so no busy street noise to wake you up. The area has some good dining options as well as close travel to the Kickapoo Casino for a quick getaway. Overall great host, space, and location – you won’t be disappointed.

It's a very nice apartment with all the niceties. There is a washer and dryer and it is a few blocks from one of the main plazas. I loved the touch lamps, that was nice. He also has coffee, cooking oil, water bottles and other little things like shampoo and soap which is helpful if you forget to bring yours. Would definitely like to use again. Parking is secluded which is a big plus but a bit difficult if you have a large vehicle but other than that you can always park out on the street if needed.

The kitchen lacks a bit of remodeling because it is not of the integral type, but it has what is necessary. Anyway, we were very comfortable during the period in which we stayed on our trip to Piedras Negras for work. Highly recommended and we ensure 100% satisfaction.
