'The Salmon Bothy' Studio Close to Shegra Beach

Just an 8 minute walk from Shegra Beach, this remote and peaceful studio will help you to slow down and unwind. A few miles from the village of Kinlochbervie (and the local services) and a great base for exploring the west coast and the NC500. ❗️PLEASE BE AWARE, due to our remote location our wifi is not superfast. Weather/multiple devices will slow it down significantly. Unfortunately, there is little we can do to improve it at this time. Pretend its the 90's and disconnect for a day or 2!❗️

With features like its own 6 person hot top, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen and spacious dining area, and 3 double bedrooms plus a extra guest room with a pull out sofa bed. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 mins from John o'grotes and Dunnet beach Also the chance to witness the spectacular Northern lights (Aurora) on the right occasion.

The Byre - stone studio space, Talmine NC500/Beach

The Byre is a unique studio converted from a barn and is perfect for a peaceful break or romantic getaway! A comfortable hotel quality double mattress in self catering accommodation with stunning views of the sea and islands and within easy walk of a shop and beaches. A small but well equipped kitchenette with microwave, induction hob and small oven. Plenty of hot water. A woodburner and 2 heaters. Dogs welcome but 2 max due to restricted space. Great location as a base to explore.

Annie's annex

We have a flat joined onto our home a working croft overlooking Polin beach. Inside is a large bedroom wth ensuite bathroom, then a large open plan kitchen and living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and a large TV with free view. Wifi is available but is slow. Outside has a private parking space with a table and bench for sitting at. No pets. We are three miles from kinlochbervie village but a five minute walk to Polin beach.

Enjoy pure tranquillity at Per Mare Per Terram

Per Mare Per Terram is a cosy cabin that boasts breath taking views of Loch Broom and the surrounding Munros. Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.

Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach. Everything you need for a cosy Scottish retreat! If booking the same day after 6pm please message as it may still be possible to book. If you require the extra bed in the living room, you must tell us in your initial message so we know to prepare this for you.

Local restaurant, The Halladale Inn, 1 mile, would reccommend booking ahead.

Kenandra, shepherd hut @ Aiden House B&B, Durness

Kenandra is a new unique bespoke self catering hut on the family Croft at Aiden house in the village off Durness. This modern hut has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Breathtaking sea and mountain views with lots off wildlife too see. The hut has LPG heating so lovely and warm summer and winter. Your home from home awaits.

The Wallaby's

The Wallaby's is located in the middle of Durness, the most north-westerly village on the UK mainland and sits on the famed North Coast 500 route. The house has recently been fully renovated, with insulation being added to lower its carbon footprint. We have also fitted a new bathroom, kitchen and decorated throughout.
