This very nice place is on the ground floor of a newly renovated house. The apartment is completely independent, open to the outside by three glass doors that open onto a private terrace. A true paradise on the shores of Lac de Paladru. Luxury, peace and pleasure await you! The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.
