Orléans city center and La Source district (Universities, BRGM, CNRS...) accessible in 10 minutes by car or bike (bike path nearby). Zenith and Co'Met are within walking distance. Many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, wine shop, bar-tobacconist, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, etc.). Bus 5/10 min, tram 15 min on foot.

Cozy and secure apartment less than 10 min from the center of Orleans. Secure on-site parking with badge, 5 min from the train station and 5 min from the highway exit. Public transport at the foot of the residence and many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Very quiet and easy to access residence.
