A bright and airy room close with your own bathroom and use of the kitchen and tv area. Five minute walk to train and bus stops, supermarket, public swimming pool and gymnasium. Fifteen minutes by train and bus to the city and walking distance to pubs and restaurants. .
If you are arriving by plane my home is minutes away from both domestic and international airports. As most arrivals do not seem to have arranged roaming before they arrive, I just suggest you search my address on google maps before departing, its not difficult to find but may make life easier.
Close to the vibrant Victoria Park restaurant strip. All cuisines to choose from and plenty of bars to quench your thirst.

    This unit is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and amenities. It's quiet, 10 minutes walk from the train station and buses, and 5 minutes walk from restaurants and takeaways in Carlisle. Kathy, the host, lives in the main house and will provide information about the area as needed. Carlisle is only 10 minutes from central Perth and is close to shopping centres and freeways. It's a lovely place to live and all are welcome.
    Modern decor set up to provide you with a quiet base to rest before your next adventure in Perth. Close to the airports, public transport, shopping centres, parks, the Crown casino and the central city, this home away from home is ideally suited to you!
    Perth is generally warm-hot and sunny, with wonderful wildflowers in the spring! It's a small city with some great attractions such as Swan Valley wineries, hot air ballooning in the Avon Valley, the Crown casino and shows, the new Optus Stadium, etc. Carlisle is very close to the central city but is quiet and has a picturesque main street with shady trees, a pharmacy, BP service station, and ethnic restaurants (Japanese, Thai, Italian, Turkish). There are a couple of parks nearby and the beautiful Tomato Lake has 2 lakes, native bush and birds, walking and fitness facilities, a children's playground and a cafe. Nearby in Belmont and East Victoria Park there are supermarkets, clothing shops and many more eating places.

This room is suitable for a single person, couple or FIFO workers.
    It's a furnished 3 beds x1 bath house with a kitchen, lounge room and laundry. Undercover car park. Nice and spacey backyard. You will have your private bedroom. other common space are share with other guests Clean linen and towels provided with spare sets available for longer stay guests. Open space for lounge and dining area with a tv. The fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needed. Collection of complimentary breakfast, inc tea and coffee. Belmont shopping center is within walking distance has all the major supermarket for your choice e.g Aldi, Coles, Woolworth etc plus small Asian good grocery shop surrounds. Beautiful and spacey backyard that you can set out to have a meal or simply enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. also the Tomato lake nearby that is lovely with lots of wild birds and natures and exercise equipment in the park.
    Our neighbors are quite friendly yet respectful so please respect our neighbors, especially with noise after 10pm.

    Located very close to the Airport only a 15 minute drive. The CBD is only a 10 minute drive away. You will share the home with Richie and I and of course our gorgeous guard dog! Breakfast is included if you wish - Fresh home baked bread, coffee, tea or kombucha!     My home is large 4 x 2 with the front of the home being the private area separated by the very open plan kitchen, dining and 2 living areas. This is a closed space that leads to the private rooms for guests including the bedrooms, shared bathroom and a further living area complete with TV. There is also a large patio area with bbq, table & chairs all available to guests. A short 5 minute walk will take you to a variety of cafe's, bottle shop, butchers, bakery, newsagents and chemist. We also have a BP service station, (711 and Hungry Jacks - opening soon) on the adjoining street. A further 5 minutes away is the train station that takes you straight to the Perth Stadium or the CBD in a very short train ride.
    The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. We enjoy a beautiful park on the corner with a lovely play area for children and this is a popular dog walking park. Games of hockey and cricket are played throughout the year.
  • Maree and Richie are a really friendly couple, easy to talk to and very very hospital. The house is clean and big. The location is close enough to the city and in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Thanks for make our staying in Perth such a nice moment! :)

    Wright St Cottage Newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage close to the city, local attractions and public transport. There is a Bus stop out front for transport to The Stadium, Crown Casino , City, Fremantle, Fiona Stanley and Murdoch Hospital , Murdoch and Curtin University. Perth City and the airport are a short 7 minute drive away. Belmont Forum is a 15 min walk or 3min drive where you will find a shopping Centre, Cafes, Cinemas and a Tavern which has $12 lunches Monday to Friday.
    Our newly renovated 2x1 Cottage is located in a prime location just 7km from the city and airport. There is public transport at your doorstep with easy access to the new Perth Stadium, Crown Casino, Perth City, Elizabeth Quay Fiona Stanley hospital and Fremantle. There is a large shopping centre close by with cafes, cinemas and tavern. Our house is situated on a corner block with ample parking and plenty of room for the kids to run around in. There is an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ facilities. The bedrooms and living area are fitted with USB charging points. There are ceiling fans through out and air con/ heating to the living room. The toilet is separate to the bathroom

  • We stayed a whole week in this lovely cottage and it felt like home. The place was sparkling clean, spacey and had everything we could ask for. The yard is huge with lemon trees and beautiful plants. The location is perfect within a safe neighborhood with public transfer in front of the house and a shopping mall close by. We had a rental car which we could park inside the yard, which was very convenient. Michelle is a great and caring host and always responded right away.     We offer our lovely bedroom with one King Single bed with a shared shower and toilet. We also have cupboard space for your travel storage! The room is also equip with free access to Wi-Fi. The train station is across the road from us. You are close about 5 minutes from Perth City by train or car.
    Comfy room to immerse yourself in the experience that is Perth. The bedroom is situated at the back of the house to offer room for privacy and will fit one single adult. There is a small library filled with a selection of books and magazines. There are empty drawers, cupboards and a small bar fridge should you need to use them to keep your belongings in, as well as a study desk and chair.
    East Victoria Park is literally 15 min walk, 3 min drive, 10 min run, 15 min skip to Victoria Park the bustling, new hipster place to hang out! With an abundance of cuisine to choose from, it's a lovely place to be for a coffee, tea, brunch, romantic dinner or a nice night out at the bar. Filled with restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, a modest shopping centre, doctors, pharmacies and a 24/7 kebab shop with convenience store - it's the most awesome place to be. We are South of the River and within 20mins of both the international and domestic terminals and so close to the Perth's entertainment hubs Crown Casino and Northbridge. With so much lively entertainment, food and things to do - Perth will be full of surprises!!
  • It is a great family home! It's my first time in Australia, so staying with them was a great firsthand experience living in a typical Australian family household with growing kids. Perfect for solo travellers wanting to experience quick integration. :) The room I booked matches what was advertised. It's got everything you need! Gus and Mona were helpful in anyway they can; make you feel right at home but at the same time, they respect your privacy when you need it. If you are nice, you can even get to taste delicious dishes made my Mona. :) Toilet and bathroom are just outside the room. It's almost like my own private bathroom - for most times I'm the only one using it. Clean and dry, just the way I like it. Their place is definitely recommendable. There's a reason why Gus and Mona are rated as Superhosts. ;)

    Very large modern townhouse in Kewdale Perth, use of all common facilities, you have your own private separate bathroom with shower and a bath tub and a separate toilet next to your room. Double bed with built in robes. We are a couple in late forties, German-Dutch and South American background and have a cat.
    Five houses down the road there is large parkland called Tomato Lake with cafe (open Wed to Sun), fitness area, BBQ, bird sanctuary. A large shopping centre, restaurants, pub and movie cinema two minutes drive or 15 min walk. Take away and food deliveries in the area.

It is situated 10 minutes from the city. It is close to the airport, the Perth City Centre, parks, Perth Zoo, 24 hour gym, Library, Swan River, Crown Casino , Curtin University, Aqualife Leisure Centre which has an outdoor 50m pool as well as an indoor pool, health club and crèche. The centre also has indoor sports courts and a gym. Aqualife is about 15 minute walk or you can catch a bus, it’s two stops away Kingspark is 8.2 kms away, 15 minutes by car/Uber or 33 minutes by bus
    The Albany Highway Cafe Strip is within walking distance.     We would love to welcome you to our top floor, fully furnished apartment with lovely city views in a quiet residential area. It is close to cafes, restaurants and shops, and has free wifi, chilly aircon for hot summer days and a brand new kitchen (Aug 2018). The apartment is well-located for access to Perth city, Kings Park, Curtin University/Technology Park, Crown Casino and airport by public transport (e.g. bus/train) or car. There is free parking within the secured complex.
    Our flat is unique because it has fantastic views of Perth city from all windows. We fell in love with this flat for its view. We've aimed to make the space light, bright, comfortable and functional for your stay. It has one large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage for clothes. The bathroom has a shower (no bath), and is off the bedroom. There is a large room for living, dining and cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully renovated with a refrigerator, gas stove and oven, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, crockery and cutlery. For dining, there is a table with four chairs. In the living room there is a TV, sofa, side and coffee tables. The sofa does have a bed which can be used on prior arrangement with us. There is a communal laundry with industrial washer machines and driers. There is also an air drier in the flat.
    The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of East Victoria Park. East Victoria Park is a suburb of the municipality of Victoria Park. It is located 5km East of the Perth CBD with direct road and rail access. It is an inner-urban residential area. The flat is within walking distance from restaurants (e.g Bravo's, hawkers, Panchos), cafe's (e.g. Antz in ya Pants, Sparrows Nest), fast food (e.g. McDonald's, Red Rooster) and historical pubs (e.g. Franklin Tavern, Balmoral). This area is renown for its numerous restaurants that cater for every taste and budget. The Aqualife Leisure Center with fully equipped gym and swimming pool is a five minute walk away. As at October 2016, casual entry to the pool is $6.10 per adult and to the gym $17.50 per adult. The Yoga Tree is also a five minute walk. As at October 2016, casual yoga classes are $20 per class. There are several convenient stores on Albany Highway. In addition, there is a Coles, IGA (open 7am - 10pm) and Swansea Street Market which is great for fresh produce (open 7.30am to 6pm except Sunday where they close at 5pm). By the end of 2018 an Aldi supermarket, currently under construction, will be open within a 5 minute walk.
  • Heather and Gavin are great hosts who have created a very comfortable and clean apartment that is well located in terms of transportation and shopping. They both are a pleasure to work with and responded quickly when needed. The apartment has everything you need and includes incredible views of Perth CBD. Groceries, pharmacy and cafes are within an easy walk, including a local mall that's just a 10 minute stroll down the road. I can highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Kiri very graciously allowed us to check in early on Xmas Eve, which was immensely appreciated. She is an amazing communicator who was in touch the whole stay, and was amazingly prompt to respond to any questions - bear in mind this was Xmas and yet she was still thoroughly accommodating with her time.     This is a cozy two storey house , the room is located on the first floor, so you have to use the stairs. It’s close the airport. There is a forum where you can find markets shop cinema and food. It’s close to DFO!
    You are allowed to use the kitchen, but you have to tell us first and try to use you own ingredients. We’ll hand you the pans and pots. :)

    Located very close to the Airport only a 15 minute drive. The CBD is only a 10 minute drive away. You will share the home with Richie and I and of course our gorgeous guard dog!     My home is large 4 x 2 with the front of the home being the private area separated by the very open plan kitchen, dining and 2 living areas. This is a closed space that leads to the private rooms for guests including the bedrooms, shared bathroom and a further living area complete with TV. There is also a large patio area with bbq, table & chairs all available to guests. A short 5 minute walk will take you to a variety of cafe's, bottle shop, butchers, bakery, newsagents and chemist. We also have a BP service station, (711 and Hungry Jacks - opening soon) on the adjoining street. A further 5 minutes away is the train station that takes you straight to the Perth Stadium or the CBD in a very short train ride.
    The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We enjoy a beautiful park on the corner with a lovely play area for children and this is a popular dog walking park. Games of hockey and cricket are played throughout the year.

We live in a two-story modern solar passive townhouse, with a lovely garden in a quiet neighborhood. Close to public transport and a cafe strip. There is a small but adequately stocked supermarket 1.1 km away.
    Furry friends do not include cats. Sorry. Very quiet neighbourhood. Our puppy is hypo-allergenic and very friendly. She adores children and loves to go for walks. There are towel racks in the bathroom, and fresh towels if needed, and shampoo, etc. Drinking (and cooking) water is purified (reverse osmosis), although the water supply is perfectly safe to drink.
    Close to public transport, lovely park with BBQ and toilet facilities nearby, close to cafe strip with shops, pharmacy and restaurants. Less than 10 mins to the city on the train. The cafe strip on Archer St is 1.2 km. The nearest bus stop is 400m (5 mins walk) The nearest train station is 1.4km (19 mins walk) Plenty of parking in Band St (a very quiet short street) and usually parking in the driveway. There is a map and public transport time tables in your room. Perth has an excellent travel planning app. for smart phones.
  • My boyfriend and I spent a month at Greg&Nan's place. The room is spacious and it has a wardrobe, a small fridge and a private ensuite. At home, you have everything you need especially if you love cooking, like us. Greg produces honey and it's VERY good. They also have a lot of spices and herbs in their garden. They are kind, they love sharing meals and they make you feel at home. Lucy, their dog, is funny and friendly and she loves cuddles. We will miss this place. The house is 5 minutes walk from the 39 bus that goes to the Cbd, and Victoria Park stn is 15 minutes walk.

Lovely immaculate bedroom with it's own ensuite, fridge and tea and coffee facilities, which was very handy. Nan and Greg's home is welcoming and very comfortable, they are so friendly and very helpful. You will feel like your staying at your favourite Aunty and Uncles place. I was welcomed to join their guests and family, were we chatted for hours as if we'd know each other for years. I thourougly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Nan and Greg again. Also I must add that I just loved their friendly little Shnouzer Lucy... always happy to greet and welcome you when you return home.

Located on East Vic Park, 1.7km from a shopping centre where you can find absolutely everything you may need.     My apartment is on the top floor of small complex of 15. It is up two flights of stairs and there is not a lift. We can arrange to give you assistance moving luggage up and down on arrival and departure. However, if climbing stairs is difficult my apartment probably isn't going to be suitable for you.
    Victoria Park is a lively suburb close to the CBD and Crown Casino. My apartment is a 10 minute walk from a supermarket (Woolworths), pharmacy, cafes and licensed premises.

Easy access to many tourist attractions, the new Optus stadium, WACA, and Perth central Tafe. Walk to see the local Kangaroos for free or watch the Dolphins hunt in the river. Pool.
    This is also a great place for a business stay. Great for couples or singles. Very Private and quiet. We will accept 1 to 3 month stays at a good rate.
    A very safe area to walk and enjoy the many walking paths and parks around the river.

    When you enter my place you will instantly feel luxury and know you have chosen the right place to stay.     Surrounded by character houses, train 2 mins walk, 3 stops to East Perth then 2 more stops to City Centre. Historic Guildford is along the line in the opposite direction to Perth City. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Pork's American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.
