Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The Steigerwald Erfurt (called "Steiger" for short) is located on the opposite side and offers an infinite number of nature and associated hiking trails on around 1,000 hectares. From here you can walk to the city center, all the landmarks of Erfurt, culture, gastronomy, retail and grocery stores. By car you will find free parking along the parking street. The tram (stop Steigerstraße or Milchinselstraße) is a 8-minute walk.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
