The apartment (50m2) is part of a medium-sized condominium, in the Las Playas. A 5 minute drive to the Yacht Club and Caleta Beach. With panoramic view; quiet and safe. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and in the living room with a single bed and two mattresses. We have a kitchen and dining room. The terrace and pool are common areas. Notes: 1. We do not have air conditioning, but we do have fans 2. Before booking, check carefully to see if the location is right for you.
