You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. In the middle of the beautiful Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the ideal starting point for walking and cycling trips. Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

You will stay in our delightful guest room on the ground floor, with a superb king-size bed. Under the goose down you will never be too hot or cold. Enjoy a (complimentary) drink in your own little back garden. Within 300 feet you can dine on Michelin stars or enjoy the famous Dutch kroket! Anything is possible in Den Bosch!

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When you book 4 nights, one (1) hot tub evening is included. Hot tub bookable for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a cabinet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. No visitors allowed without prior notice.

Cosy studio in Utrecht centre + free parking

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
