In autumn, you can enjoy the delicacies of nature, berries and mushrooms are available to pick in the forest. Nature reserve with nature trail is located just 1 km walk from the guest house. Barbecue area is by the beach where you can prepare a meal to the sound of waves and birds. 14 km to Luleå city center. Wood-burning stove in the cabin. The sauna is wood-fired.

Koppla av med familjen i fridfulla, vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Cozy (44m2) studio with its own entrance, very small shower/toilet upstairs in our house, so note the pictures: stairs up! We have bed linen and towels included in the Airbnb price, basics in the kitchen. Short distance to the city center. Parking space in the yard. Kitchen, hallway, small shower/toilet and living room with TV, sofa bed, double bed and armchairs. Best suited for two adults, or four, when there are, for example, 2 adults and 2 children in the group.

Free WIFI. Free parking. 🛜🅿️ The house has a complete kitchen with dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
