Vacation rentals with lake access in Ružomberok

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Denisa's place. The house is a gorgeous hidden haven deep in nature, still, there are neighbors, but there is almost no car traffic at all. The garden is so lovely too, well equipped and well situated by the house. Denisa is so helpful and always responsive, we had such a great time and talks, even that we had only short time spent together. Ideal place also for families with children, highly recommended.

We were delighted! We drove 10 people in a group for New Year's Eve and the cottage turned out to be a 10th shot! Very spacious, nice and above all well-maintained house! Supplied with everything you need. Great contact with Jadwiga. She responded very quickly to our every question and was always on call in case anything happens! Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Beautiful views and a good restaurant literally across the street. We hope to go to the same place again this summer. Highly RECOMMEND!

The cabin was modern, clean, and well-equipped. The neighborhood was also beautiful and the nature was absolutely beautiful. Overall, everything was more than perfect and I highly recommend one that bothered us a little bit was the hard mattresses, but we got used to it.

This house is the best way to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and relax with nature. The house is located on a hillside overlooking the lake, around there are small villages with a calm pace of life. The house has all the necessary appliances that will make your stay comfortable. The children were able to find an activity in the nursery, which has many toys. Evenings were spent watching the sunset, or being in front of the fireplace, revisiting favorite movies. In the yard there is a playhouse, swing, as well as a football gate. In addition to all this there is a fire pit. All this is located on a manicured lawn. We just fell in love with this house and hope to return to it again.

Ján was very friendly and quick to respond. The house was very nice, also the decor, and really incredibly clean. Lovely shower, a screen in the bedroom door and even sharp knives😁

So... the owner was still willing to help (advise)super access... the neighborhood nice lake about 5m from the cottage beach (300)m restaurant (100)m so great .. cottage clean we didn't miss anything... warriors near various attractions for adults and children... and best that there were no mosquitoes in the evening by the cottage :D definitely recommend

We were a couple with a toddler, we liked the place and it looks like in the pictures. The place was clean with cooking equipment, there were games for the toddler in the cabin and in the garden and a low bed for her. The place is very close to attractions for children in the area and within driving distance of nature trails. The communication with Dusan was good and fast. We recommend the place.

Very clean, large size, nice apartment with new bathroom and toilet+infrared sauna. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances. There are a lot of closets and huge closets inside the apartment. The double bed is very comfortable. The windows and deck overlook the pine forest and the nearby mountain stream. Ski bus stop nearby. A separate value is the underground parking under the building. Palo's communication is excellent, he always responded very quickly and kindly. She was flexible and helpful with all of our requests. Excellent host. We had a great time. Thank you so much for everything !

Everything was fine. I got what I expected.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was absolutely great, we reached the ski slope right in the buzzer. Look for a beautiful lake, yet quiet. We felt really at home, slept like babies. It was amazingly the interior of the garage and the place on the skis. The host's instructions were accurate and the responses were very quick. We were a family with two children and we had a very nice winter vacation. Definitely not the last time we were here.

A very clean and tidy place as a base for skiing in the winter. A ski bus a minute from the cottage, so super close. Not much around, but you can easily drive to the town next to where there are lots of shops and restaurants. We were positively surprised to arrive at the place for fear that the cottage would be cold, but there were radiators in each of the rooms. Owner very communicative and friendly.

This was our second time staying at this location!! Absolutely perfect! Perfect walkable location and great apartment!

Good location, quiet and peaceful but walking distance from shops and baths. Everything was well equipped, with a functional kitchen and a large bathroom and shower. The garden is nice and the view on the hills is beautiful. 11/10 I recommend and I will come back to Iveta for my next stay 👍👍👍

We (2 adults + 3 kids) had a wonderful time in Sonias Cottage. We were welcomed by her parents and everything was as described. The house is equipped with all essential things. Especially we loved the sitting area outside with a fire place and barbecue. The steps to the sleeping rooms are a bit challenging but our 3 yr old daughter managed them even by night. Sonias place is perfect for exploring the Orava Region - we totally recommend it! Thanks Sonia & parents!

We loved our week staying here. We first visited Bialka Tatrzanska last year and found the skiing perfect for our 3 young boys to learn. The chalet was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The log burner was perfect and the kids really enjoyed going in the hot tub. We'll be back again.

Very nice place to stay in Liptov area, near the Liptovska Mara. If you are group friends and family it is ideal. The stunning views of mountains are must. Your host is responsive. Just can't go wrong with this place.
