We enjoyed our stay at Tara’s place! We came to visit family nearby and this was the perfect spot for our “base camp”. Everything we needed was there. The place was clean and close by to everything, including a Supercharger within 10 minutes (for you Tesla owners). All instructions were clear. We would certainly book with Tara again!

Our stay was truly amazing! This house is our new go-to in Murfreesboro! Valerie is the sweetest host and always has the perfect places! We loved our little trip, we loved the location and absolutely loved the house! Super clean, well taken care of, and beautiful backyard that overlooks a cow pasture! I can rave about this house all day! Can’t wait to book again!

This place was great! Husband and I were able to comfortably have our own space to sleep, and our 3 small kids had plenty of room as well. Kids loved the wrap around porch and the yard. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and markets, home is beautiful, clean, lots of kitchen and home supplies, hot tub was nice and hot, all instructions were very well laid out, I could go on and on! Shawna was amazing, went above and beyond, extremely responsive, very accommodating, and we would definitely come back.

Perfect for my family and I! Also a great space for little kids, with toys upstairs and downstairs and even blankets/cots for them. And the backyard was a plus for my energetic toddler. This house was very homey and would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The place was in a great location, just a 2-3 minute drive from downtown but the street is not too busy. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner works great. I would absolutely stay here again and probably will.

Rose was super friendly! :) the house is literally just one minute drive from the campus and walkable too. The house was great for the stay of my parents while they were in town visiting. Rose also had an air mattress that I used when I stayed over.

This was a great little space. It is conveniently located. Marida is a very helpful host. I would definitely recommend this space.

Joe's lodge is a very nice sized place with a full kitchen, a good sized living room, a big bedroom, and a nice bathroom. It really isn't that far from the highway. His place is perfect for a family with a couple of kids, a couple looking for a retreat, or someone just wanting to get away for awhile. I wish I had some time to hike the trails on the property. The only negative, which was to be expected, is that there are lots of insects. You are in the middle of the woods. Just don't hold the door open too long.

Had a pleasant stay, came in town for a friends wedding in Nashville. Everything was about 30 minutes away. Jim was very responsive and the place was very clean.

We had such a peaceful and memorable stay at this home! The property is surrounded by beautiful farm animals that made the whole experience feel like a cozy countryside retreat. The kitchen was incredibly spacious and well-stocked—perfect for cooking meals together. We also loved all the thoughtful features throughout the house, especially the recessed lighting with dimming options and the ceiling Bluetooth speakers. Those little touches made it feel extra special. That said, the home was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d absolutely recommend it—especially if you love animals, cooking, and a peaceful escape from the noise.

Jen and Mike were great hosts, very friendly, responsive, they even checked in on us to make sure we made it and that everything was good. The home is just as described, off to its self, very peaceful, but also 30 exact mins from lots to do in Nashville, great local restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this home and the hosts, to anyone visiting Nashville, it’s close to the city but far enough out that you have peace and quiet. Our children loved it and so did we. We look forward to visiting again!

This cabin is adorably furnished and has the scent of fresh cut pine. It has beautiful touches of wood throughout, and it has a spacious walk-in shower as well as a gigantic soaking tub. It was great for a friends-get-together weekend. It rained and we didn’t take advantage of the acreage to walk but did watch several deer from the decks.

The cabin was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! It was nice and secluded which gave us privacy and peace! It was very clean and had everything we needed!! Overall great stay!

This is our 2nd stay at The Retreat! I highly recommend. This place is amazing for families of good size. Hiking trails were kept up well, Kitchen and all bedding was pristine, plenty of room for multiple people. Very accommodating even for young children. Absolutely beautiful views with peaceful and quiet evenings! We will return!

Great quiet place to relax was there for work and it was a nice place to go away from home

The family and I had an amazing experience staying on a cabin our first time. So cozy and clean, but the outside grill made it perfect they love my grilling. Highly recommend
