Conveniently located to highways and approximately fifteen minutes to downtown, ten minutes to lots of restaurants in Henrietta and lots of shopping. The house has been completely remodeled both outside and in. Restored hardwoods. It has a nice deck that is right off the kitchen. Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away. WE DO NOT HOST GUEST THAT LIVE LOCALLY. You can always inquire for special request or situations for exceptions.

This simple bedroom was all I needed for a very brief stay near I-90 on my long drive. Suzy is very communicative and helpful with this last-minute booking. She let me store all of my cooler contents in her garage fridge. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very clean and it’s a very quiet neighborhood.

Jim and Jeanneann’s place was comfortable, quiet and clean. We appreciated the in-room coffee and coffeemaker. Jeanneann’s breakfasts were delicious and usually included one of her homemade baked goods. Jim and Jeanneann are friendly and wonderful to talk to if you are so inclined~the perfect hosts.

Seth’s place was clean and spacious. Lots of windows providing natural light. Plenty of room and furniture to spread out and relax. Quiet neighborhood adjacent to a nature preserve which we sadly did not have time to explore. The kitchen is well outfitted with nice plates, utensils as well as appliances. Seth was incredibly responsive. Communication was easy and immediate. A fantastic find. A very comfortable home. We look forward to staying again in the future. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Highly recommend.
