The idyllic mountain village of Ruschein is located on a beautiful sun terrace above Ilanz. Away from the hustle and bustle and noise, Ruschein has always retained its village character. For sports enthusiasts, there are many attractive opportunities throughout the area, such as hiking in the Surselva, cycling on marked bike routes, biking, golf, skiing, cross-country skiing and much more. The post office is right in front of the house. Laax, Flims, Obersaxen, Disentis, Brigels, Vals are easily accessible by public transport.

There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The self-sufficient 3.5-room vacation home with annex Tegia Cugagna is located at 1,550 meters above sea level above the village of Rueun (Surselva GR). It offers everything you need for a short or longer stay in the mountains.​ Enjoy the tranquility amidst the wonderful mountains of the Surselva, the fresh mountain air and the wonderful nature. New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).
